Living space
The main living area opens under vaulted ceilings with warm wood tones throughout - generous without feeling cavernous. The indoor fireplace anchors the room for evenings in. Central heating and air conditioning handle whatever the mountains deliver, and a TV and board games cover the nights when staying in is the obvious choice. A private entrance means you arrive and settle on your own schedule. An on-premises washer and dryer make this a fully self-contained base - practical for longer stays and easy to treat as a genuine home away from home.

 

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests, each made up with Cotton Cariloha bed linens and stocked with extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage - the kind of setup that invites unpacking rather than living out of a suitcase. Three full bathrooms, each with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer, keep mornings moving without anyone waiting in line.

Lake Arrowhead is reachable directly via a path or dock, and a private boat slip is available for guests who arrive with a vessel.
