This two-story, standalone villa boasts an exquisite green landscaped backyard, perfect for spending the day with family or friends in the sun. The chef's kitchen is equipped with every essential appliance, encouraging you to prepare and savour your daily meals at the elegant six-person dining table. The stylish living area offers two oversized plush sofas and two armchairs, arranged around a luxurious coffee table – an ideal space to unwind with your family after a day of exploration. The living room seamlessly extends to the outdoor garden area, the perfect place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee while planning your day ahead. Ascending the stairs, you'll discover another living area with two sofas facing a widescreen TV. Upstairs, the three bedrooms are adorned with generously sized beds dressed in Key Views' signature linen—so cosy and soft that waking up in the mornings becomes a delightful challenge. The master and third bedroom feature ensuite bathrooms, all equipped with Key Views' fluffy towels and hotel-grade amenities, ensuring a fresh and invigorating start to each day.

The community also has a public swimming pool, basketball court and landscaped gardens nearby the villa.

The villa does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained villa, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the villa with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking only allowed outside. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This villa is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the villa to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to the property.
The refundable security deposit is 2500 AED.

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
