DOG(S) WELCOME!!! You can rent our Dog-Friendly 3 bedroom townhouse and take the 15 minute walk over Turtle Bridge to the Beach & Boardwalk! We are Ocean Side of Route 1!

A home-away-from-home, this end-of-group townhouse in desirable Victoria Square offers quiet days and evenings with your friends and family. It is close to the beach and boardwalk with easy access to the outlets. Dog-friendly and comfortable, the side yard feels private and offers a nice place for outdoor dining as well as your pet's comfort. Many windows for great natural light. Third-floor bedroom is spacious and can sleep a family of four. This is a Non-Smoking property, Thanks! Dogs only with the pet fee, sorry no cats please.

Located ocean side of Highway One - no major streets to cross. Just ride your bikes or take the pretty walk through the park and over Turtle Bridge through Silver Creek Park to the beach.

TWO DEDICATED PARKING SPACES! Compare to local Hotel Rooms - 1 room 2 adults @ $400 per night OR 3 bedroom townhouse 6-8 adults @ $365 per night.

2025 SEASONAL RENTERS: Our season runs from Memorial weekend through the end of September, giving you 4 extra weeks at the beach! Call soon if you wish 2025 seasonal accommodations!

This year we are renting weekends and weeks off-season, from September 2024 to Mid May or June 2025 (monthly stays might be possible). Rent includes Heat, Electricity, Parking and Garbage Removal. (Highspeed internet available year round)

Beach trip

We always come to rehobeth with a group of families. Location was great! easy bike to beach or boardwalk. Close to Pickleball courts. House was clean and had everything we needed. Owner checked in via text a few times to see if we needed anything

Disappointing; dog friendly the best part ; needs updating

It is always lovely to visit Rehoboth and surrounding beaches. Victoria Square is a very nice neighborhood. The pictures of unit 20 must be several years old. I will say the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms were nicely decorated. I did not actually use them for other reasons, but they seemed nice and there was a washer and dryer ( also did not need to use ). The first floor was described by one of my visitors as a freshman dorm room at best. For the price paid and all extra fees, I cannot justify this townhome. The floors painted and then covered with many throw rugs -some threadbare. Stove/oven not very clean. Fortunately I did not intend to cook. Blades on ceiling fan filthy. If i had turned it on, probably would have had dirt all over my food. Vacuuming was sketchy at best. Behind the sofa needs attention. The outdoors-which I was looking forward to using, had not seen a broom or power wash in a long, long time. Standing water breeding mosquitoes in the "recycle" bin not appealing. I did not use the patio. Would not have put my barefeet in the outdoor shower. Nice feature to have if it is clean. I must add this was the day I arrived, not the day after Hurricane Ida sent some rain on Wednesday. The patio door was difficult to maneuver and had no screen, so on the pleasant 72 degree days, I could not let air in. Many windows were broken with direction not to open them. There is no storm door. The front door let light in as it is mostly glass, but having no shade to cover it at night was disturbing. The bathtub upstairs was deplorable and I know on schedule for replacement in November, but I am surprised VRBO would even allow this to be rented. And the ants.......well we all have to deal with ants at some time, but crawling on me on the living room futon was a bit much. I spoke with the owner who sent over someone to spray outside and I sprayed inside in powder room and some parts of living area. This helped a bit. The owner was very willing to speak with me and seemed upset at the conditions I found. I think paying a visit to this property on a regular basis would keep issues in front of her. I expressed that I did not think the cleaning "service" was really giving her what was expected. All in all, I wanted to like this. Many other homes in the area seemed lovely and more than adequately maintained. I would not rent unit 20 at Victoria Square again. I believe nicer accommodations could be found at comparable price

Cozy Accomodation

The place was nice with lots of sleeping room. Living quarters did not really support that many guests but that was not a problem for our small party. People were friendly in the condo complex and generally quiet. My one criticism would be the lack of room to put our kitchen/food items. Cabinets were full so we had to leave our things on a very limited amount of counter space. Also, though we did not have to inquire, it was not clear how we would have had access to the beach as there was no parking permit left for us. But overall, we enjoyed our stay! Delaware beaches are amazing and the town of Rehoboth lively and fun!

Townhouse was very convenient for traveling around the Rehoboth Beach area. Very holy with comfy bed

Affordable, clean, and fun

We had a great time at the house. I donā€™t mind walking a bit so the distance from the beach was nothing for me. Itā€™s a safe beauty route. And the walk to the cute shopping and restaurants is super easy as well. The accommodations were charming. Super cute decorations and bedding. I loved the little notes sheā€™s left. Nice personal touches. I also appreciated the nice washer dryer. I would 100% stay here again. Some people in the group got lost and had a hard time finding the building. But there was ample parking. Great place - great hosts - great price - great location

The house was the best part of the trip!

The moment you step in it feels like home away from home and itā€™s amazing! It was a fantastic stay and as the sign in powder room says it really is the best little beach in Rehoboth! We will absolutely be back again!

Little Paradise.

Cute property for my parents and their dogs. Owners were as easy going as anyone I have ever meant. Great communication and location is excellent for Rehoboth!

Very Disappointed and False Advertising.

Advertised 3 TVs, only 2 with minimum channels; Fan on third floor did not work properly; Signs on windows, Do not Open; Hornet nest outside where you walk the dogs; Ants in the kitchen and living room, Stained carpets; furniture in living room, wicker with cushions-very uncomfortable; Unit next to the Sewer Treatment plant-smelled; told by neighbors not to go by mailboxes, flea infestation; longer walk to the beach than was advertised; unit very small and cramped for 4 people. I e-mailed the owner twice, June 26th and the end of July and never received a reply. The only time I received an e-mail, was telling me my payment was due!. I was very disappointed with this unit and the service I received. Layne did not send me the code to open the door until day of arrival,Saturday, August 4th until 5:56 PM!!! Ad said get in at 3:30 PM..

Dog friendly beach house

This was a dog-friendly town house. We enjoyed the easy walks to the local elementary school for runnung snd playing. We slso enjoyed easy bike ride to Rehoboth Boardwalk. This rental was close to an organic grocery store just a short bike ride down route 1 south. The grandkids loved the 3rd floor bedroom, which was their own space. We loved having access to Hulu and Netflix on the few rainy days we had during our vacation.

Lovely rental. Very well equipped house.

We enjoyed a much too short stay. The best parts were the patio and shower outside. A sweet garden. Nice to have met Layne in person, and see her with our terriers. She is a first rate owner, and we wish her well. We liked being close toThyme, and also enjoyed Grub for breakfast where we could take the dogs.

Perfect for Young Adults!

This town house was very cute and well kept! It exceeded our expectations and was especially great for us twenty year olds. Layne was a great host and always responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend renting this town house. It has lots of windows that make it feel open and bright and is perfect for small and large groups. It is roughly a 15 minute walk from the beach and super close to the main road where all the shops are which can be dangerous as the three Tanger Outlets are less than 10 minutes away! Great for young renters!

We didn't think we could get a rental because most of our group was high school seniors. But, this owner was quite nice and really helped us out. She answered all our questions and even took time to talk to my father. The house was nice and we had a great time!

Nice end unit!

We especially enjoyed how light and airy the house was! Lots of windows, great to open for the cooler nights. We loved the abundance of dishes and pretty glass ware. Large modern washer and dryer were great. Great for dog owners, we walked our dogs to the elementary school each evening for a run. Plenty of visitor parking for my adult kids to use. We're looking forward to next summer already!

I have always loved the area and it was close enough to my work and home that the boys and I could visit there easily. I was also dreaming that it would be a place my sons would want to continue visiting even after they moved away from home.

I have been with VRBO since 2004! My town house has 17 windows and a new heat pump - very cool and breezy! We have a great back patio. I love taking showers in the outdoor shower. I like how easy it is to park my car and then bicycle to the beach and even take my back pack to Lingo's grocery or the farm stand to get a fresh dinner for my friends and family. We are on the ocean side of Route 1 so we never have to cross the highway to get to beach or town!
