This 5 BR/2.5BA traditional family-friendly beach house with convenient in-town location (Laurel Street in the Country Club Estates neighborhood) and off-street parking has been updated throughout with new flooring, paint, and furnishings. Available for rent for the first time. Enjoy everything Rehoboth has to offer: the beach and boardwalk, restaurants and shops, bike trails and pickleball.

**Please note we don't take pets and we don't provide bed/bath linens. Each bed will have a mattress pad, bedspread, and pillows.

**We do require 7-night minimums (Saturday check in/check out ) for the period Saturday June 14 - Saturday August 16.

What a perfect stay!

We had such a wonderful time at this home. The owners seem to have thought of everything you could possibly need. The house is beautiful, great outdoor space as well, walkable to the beach, and the neighborhood is perfect for families. Would absolutely stay here again!

PERFECT GETAWAY!

This place was absolutely perfect for a mom/child 4 day trip. Plenty of room, clean, well stocked (literally every single item you could need for a beach was provided). If I had any questions about anything, all I had to do was look and it was explained. The patio was perfect for grilling and hanging out after a long day at the beach.

Fantastic Family Beach Home

Our Rehoboth Beach vacation was a wonderful time away spent with family and friends in this perfect summer home. We had space for everyone to relax and be together. The outside patio and side yard were great for grilling, playing games and hanging out. We loved how it was with in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, playgrounds, and the beach. Communication with the owners was greatā€¦we would highly recommend this home for any families who are looking for a memorable beach getaway!

a perfect family vacation!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. We were five adults and one toddler and the house was great for all of our needs. We were able to spread out across the spacious five bedrooms. And while a short drive (or long walk) to the beach, the house provides parking passes that made it so easy to go to and from the beach. A short distance to downtown Rehoboth as well, but far enough that it's calm and quiet. We will absolutely be returning as we only have the best things to say about our stay here!

Wow! This place was gorgeous and so much bigger in person than the photos. There were just six of us and we had so much space to spread and enjoy our own little cost corners but then also to get together for meals and card games. Lots of amenities! The backyard was also spacious with different gathering areas to eat, have drinks, and enjoy conversation. Located in quiet and peaceful neighborhood. 15 min walk to beach and even less to shopping and restaurants. Very close to Dog Fish (our fave place for dinner and drinks). We can say enough positive things! We would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful home

Pros: this was an absolutely beautiful home. Solid location. Plenty of space. Cons: this is one of the increasing rentals that doesn't supply bedding or shampoo/soap, which is frustrating to see how they're becoming more common. There was also some dirty stuff left in the washing machine and dish washer when we got there, and the beach wagon was broken. Pros: Rich, the property manager was exceptionally responsive to the issues we experienced. Overall great place.

Hi. We're Sean and Jen, empty nesters who just bought this beach house in Rehoboth where we've been vacationing for decades. We purchased the house in late 2023 and have renovated it. This year is our first year renting it out, so we're new to VRBO. Our friends Rich Barnett and his partner Michael, who live in Rehoboth just a few minutes away, are helping us as the hosts/property managers for the house. They're who you'll be in touch with regarding your reservation, check in, and any other issues during your stay.
