Deluxe Hot Tub Suite Unit 254 makes that all possible and is just steps from the Fall River and one mile from Rocky Mountain National Park, Unit 254 is a one-bath suite with a kitchenette and personal hot tub on the patio. Finished with mountain décor, evenings-in provide a cozy alpine setting with a king bed, bistro table, cable TV, gas fireplace, and gas BBQ grill on the patio. Enjoy free DVD movie rentals, complimentary Wi-Fi, a heated pool in the summer, complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter, and downtown shopping and dining five minutes from your door. Cute little place right off the river!

I enjoyed staying here. It had what we needed, was clean, and a great location. I also loved the rustic charm of the interior.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time here and would come again! The room was very clean and so was the hot tub. Fall River is much closer to the room than I thought, which was great! Although you can’t see the river directly from the room you can hear the flow of the river from the room. It’s very peaceful.During our stay it was pretty hot outside. The room gets a little warm, but cools off nicely overnight. This unit is on the bottom floor and we happened to have a person that had very heavy footsteps above us. Not really a big deal for us though. We spent most of our time on the patio and by the river.The pool is very clean and well maintained. It was nice that you could hear the river from the pool as well.The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also love that you can buy ice on-site from the office. The only suggestion I have is that some kind of locking screen door be installed so you can leave the door open at night to get more cool air and hear the river better.

Great place for a short stay

Listing looks exactly as advertised, though anybody walking on the property and your neighbors have full view of you in the hot tub. I would advise couples that you can hear everything that goes on, even your upstairs neighbor scrolling tiktok.

We do have a free standing cabin on the property as well as other free standing units at other properties that may work better for you for future stays. Efficient but tiny

It's a bedroom with a kitchenette. Could do away with the dresser and put a loveseat. Bathroom needs a couple shelves and a small cabinet as there is literally no where to set anything on the pedestal sink. Hot tub was nice and we enjoyed the double swing in frint of the river.

We appreciate your suggestion of installing a cabinet or a couple shelves in the bathroom. We value our guest’s input and will look into this option. For future stays, we have one-bedroom condos which have full kitchens and a separate living room and bedroom that may work better for you. Jamie

Anniversary

Unit was not marked. Checked in fine locked up went into town came back couldn’t get in our unit code would not work after 3 tries had to call the after hour emergency number for it resolved. in the mornings the big window needs a dark curtain or shade so if u want to sleep in good luck it is to bright,the bed seems like it’s lower at the head rest side. Don’t recall getting a combination number for the jacuzzi didn’t bother to ask. Upstairs was occupied and them walking around was very loud downstairs.Other than that kitchen was good didnt need to use it coffee was available which is a must in the mornings plenty of clean towels seen wildlife

One of the reasons codes may not work is if the incorrect code is attempted too many times, the unit will lock you out for security reasons. I am glad we could promptly assist you in getting into your unit. Thank you for your suggestion of room darkening curtains. We will consider this for the unit. The combination to the hot tub lock is supplied in the same check in information email as your door code. Please, in the future, if you have concerns during your stay, we are available by phone 24 hours a day as well as have an online Guests Services program where you can share requests or concerns. For your next stay, feel free to contact us ahead of time and we can ensure you are in a free standing unit or on the upper floor. We do enforce quiet hours, and address when we are aware that there are concerns so we are sorry if you had noisier neighbors. We hope you enjoyed Fall River being so close to your front door as well as seeing wildlife. We appreciate your review and input as we want all of our guests to enjoy their stay. Jamie
