Our 1-bedroom apartment is centrally located in a friendly residential neighborhood in Devonshire Parish. Located 7 minutes from the City of Hamilton, Shelly Bay Beach, and Johns Smiths Bay Beach.

The cozy lower apartment comfortably accommodates a total of 4 guests, and we are kid-friendly. The apartment is Fully Equipped with a modern kitchen including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, and pans, teapot, coffee maker, and toaster. Large bedroom with a very comfortable queen-size bed, TV, iron, ironing board, and hangers. Living and Dining Room area. Modern bathroom with tub/shower combo including hairdryer. the linen closet is fully stocked with bath towels and beach towels. Includes cable TV and free wireless internet.
Free parking on site with free charging station for EV'S.

WE highly recommend this apartment. It is in a great location, close to the bus stops and a very good grocery store.The apartment itself was very clean, well equipped and spacious. It was great having the outdoor space.The host was incredibly helpful and even drove us around the first morning to get an overview of the Island.WE would definitely stay there again.

Great location and comfortable accommodations

I travel to Bermuda on business several times a year and have stayed at a host of different places from resorts/hotels to rentals and this one is hands down the best so far.Spacious and clean with all of the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.The water pressure was the best I've experience on island and having a grocery store less than a 1/2 mile away was super convenient (although it is closed on Sundays).Austin was a great host and I plan on staying with him again!

Great Stay

Highly recommend. The location was central so the commute to any destination wasn't long. Very very clean and neat. A comfortable and enjoyable stay

We had the best stay with Austin. His home is lovely and fully equipped with everything you need. Never had a host take such great care of us. He went above and beyond. Would definitely stay with him again Thanks Austin we had a great time. The Luersens.

The Best Bermuda Stay!

This a beautiful property, clean and efficient. Loaded with amenities for cleaning clothes and cooking food. Natural fruits trees and herbs abound on the grounds. Neighborhood very quiet. Host was excellent. Will return!!!

Astounding amount of space , beautiful rooms

Access to the accomodation is downstairs. The rooms are very clean and spaceous, cool, airy, very well furnished and beautifully decorated. Austin is a very polite, thoughtful, and very friendly host who greets you on arrival and is there if you need him & when the time comes to leave.We enjoyed our time there and would certainly return there too.

Absolutely Wonderful!!! This was definitely a great stay! The host was extremely nice and available if anything was needed. The property is beautiful and very clean. Everything in the listing is exactly as to be expected. I could not have asked for anything better. Close to beaches, main streets , and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent

Visited Bermuda for the first time with my wife and 3 year old son. We stayed 8 nights and had a wonderful time at this property. It’s centrally located on the island and not too far from Hamilton, but you will need a taxi to reach most stores and beaches. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. We really appreciated his help with navigating the island and learning some of the local customs. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is too far from the local bus stops which necessitates using a cab to Hamilton to access the public buses. There are no side walks, the streets are narrow and there is limited lighting to walk safely. The apartment is on the lower level and very damp even with an air conditioner running. Austin is helpful and assisted us in getting groceries and provided a tour of the area.

Absolutely perfect—peaceful, beautiful, and convenient!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was absolutely perfect—peaceful, beautiful, and convenient. The space itself was spotless and well cared for, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing week.What truly made our stay unforgettable was the host. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He greeted us personally when we arrived, and when we mentioned we were hungry after a long travel day (we had just landed around 10 p.m. and taken a taxi), he kindly offered to drive us to get food. That level of hospitality is rare and so appreciated.We’ve already recommended this place to friends and family, and it’s easily our favorite destination yet. If you’re planning a trip to Bermuda, do yourself a favor and stay here!

Amazing Host

Enough cannot be said about the host, Austin. He made our 2 week vacation memorable. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home and comfortable.The entire place was fully equipped and had everything we required. The exceptional grocery store was a 15 minute walk. The fitness club was a 20 minute walk and met all my expectations. Even if we had not played any golf, we still would not have been able to take in all the sites. The countryside is beautiful everywhere you look. The people are very friendly and we always felt very safe.

This was a great property for our stay. Initially, there was a problem with fold out couch. I tried to contact the host thru the app. Unfortunately, there was an island-wide issue with international cell phones. Once I had a direct contact for the host and a working cell phone, the fold out couch issue was quickly resolved. The host was great to work with! You'll probably need to use a taxi with this property, so factor that into your budget. I would come back to this property without hesitation.
