The Space:

Enter the home to vaulted pine covered ceilings. Greeted by open concept living with an oversized couch and spacious dining table.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need for your group’s trip, and a second dining setting for 6.

Off the kitchen, find a deck overlooking the Pocono trees.



The first floor features three bedrooms. First is the master, outfitted with plenty of space to spread out, an ensuite bathroom with large soak tub, and walk-in shower.



The second bedroom, also oversized, has views of the nestled entrance.



The third bedroom features bunk beds for the kids or singles to share.



Bedrooms 2 & 3 are steps away from their own full hall bathroom.



From the main floor, head up to the loft, boasting a couch of its own, views of the back woods, and debatably the coziest nook in the house.



Saving what may be the best for last, the lower level features a world of entertainment. Starting with a comfy seating area, there are several games to choose from for a face off against the family. Shuffleboard, Pacman arcade, and bubble hockey await!



There’s two bedrooms on each side of the lower level, each steps away from one of two full baths.

2. Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am

3. Life jackets are required for all residents and guests who use the lake (kayak, boat, any watercraft)

4. Fireworks are prohibited

5. A valid PA fishing license is required to fish in Lake Sinca

6. Glass containers prohibited at all community common areas-Beach and Lake area, playgrounds, roadways, etc.

7. Alcohol prohibited at all community common areas-Beach and lake area, playgrounds, roadways, etc.
