This 3 bed, 3.5 bath Single Family home w/ 2car garage features a tranquil private courtyard with a Splash POOL, waterfall and a wet bar, perfect for relaxation! You have three sliders leading to the pool. The fully furnished kitchen features 42'' cabinets, Granite counter tops and Stainless Steel appliances. Laundry room has Full size Washer/Dryer, sink and counter.

Relax in the spacious family room while watching your favorite DIRECTV programming on the 65" HDTV, play a video game or watch a movie on the available X-Box One.

The master suite is super private with its own hallway, King Bed, 48" UHDTV with DIRECTV, and large walk in closet! The master bathroom includes double vanities, a jetted tub and a separate shower.

Second Suite also has a private hallway, Queen bed, full separate bath, large walk in closet and
40" HDTV Smart TV with DIRECTV.

The home also has a guest suite that is separate from the main house with Queen bed, 40" HDTV with DIRECTV and full bath, giving it a private guest house feel with access to the main house within the privacy of the courtyard.

Satellite TV (DirectTV), High Speed Internet, Gas Grill as well as Beach Chairs and other Beach gear also included.

Easy walk to Sidney Fisher Park (1.5 block) and thus the beach (about 3.5 blocks thru Sidney Fisher Park) as well as numerous restaurants for all tastes, water sport rentals (next door), mini-golf (about 1-2 blocks), grocery (about 2 blocks), convenience, surf shops and discount stores all nearby.

So convenient for the total Florida Vacation or extended stay....5 miles to Port Canaveral Cruise Ships and fishing charters, 13 miles to Kennedy Space Center, 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO), 1 hour, 15 minutes to Walt Disney World Resorts as well as Daytona Motor Speedway.

Why limit your Florida Vacation to a single venue? Visit a Disney park one day, relax on the beach the next...Lather, Rinse, Repeat...

Wonderful stay!!

This property was just beautiful, clean and very convenient to everything we wanted to do in Cocoa Beach! The minute we walked into the house we felt at home. It was perfect for my husband and I as well as our 22 and 24 year old children and their significant others. Everyone had a great time together and enough privacy when needed. The location was fantastic - close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, cocoa beach pier, and all things that make Cocoa Beach a great vacation spot. We even found great pickleball courts near by and played daily. It was just amazing and we’d definitely stay here again. The owners were great and we never had any issues with communication. Thank you so much for a very memorable time. It is hard to do goodbye to this Florida gem!

Great place and friendly/helpful hosts

House is how it is described and shown in pictures. Very spacious and conveniently located for all activities. Also very easy to stay in for a couple days if needing to unwind and not go out. Have needed to stay without needing to bring anything. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises for us.

Return visit!

Reruns often times don't live up to the original experience, but we were not disappointed with our return to this beautiful Mediterranean Style home in Cocoa Beach! The house, again this year, was fresh, clean, and stocked with every amenity. Once we unpacked we were ready for a week of relaxing fun both at the beach and at the lovely pool. The location is perfect, as there are restaurants, shopping, Ron Jon surf shop, and churches nearby. Shopping at Historic Cocoa Village was a highlight! We even were able to see where launches take place at Cape Canaveral from the beach! Doug and Deb were very helpful when we had questions. It was truly a great vacation that we will be taking again!

Awesome house and location!

This house was amazing. Very clean and comfortable and the pool was an added bonus! The owners were super accommodating and the location was perfect for getting around Cocoa Beach. We were even able to view a rocket launch from the pool courtyard!

Fantastic, well equipped luxury feeling home

My husband and I with our 6 month old, 4 year old and my in laws stayed in this home and really appreciated having such a great base. The courtyard pool was fantastic to cool off in and to build our 4 year old's confidence at swimming. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Our in laws liked the privacy of the en suite on the other side of the courtyard, we enjoyed the spacious master and the kids loved the bubbly bath! A beach trip was made easy with a kart, towels, a parasol and beach toys provided. We rode the bikes to the pier which was nice. The clothes washing facilities were great too. The location is convenient between downtown and the pier with a supermarket, a dollar shop, an Italian restaurant and a 7 11 in walking distance. We highly recommend doing a manatee and dolphin viewing kayak tour and a Kennedy space center trip whilst you're there!

Sanctuary in every way!

If i could give this place a million stars i would! If you are considering booking this property, DO IT! IT WAS WORTH EVERY CENT! The home is fabulous, it's very close to all that Cocoa Beach has to offer and also allows for privacy and quiet time. It's in a very safe neighborhood. The home has everything you could possibly need and more. All of the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. All of the furnishings are comfortable and high quality. This place is seriously a home away from home. We had the pleasure of meeting our hosts and Doug and Debbie are the kindest most accommodating people we have ever met! Thank you Doug and Debbie for renting your property to us! We will definitely book again!

Wonderful

I can’t wait to come back hopefully soon , the house is well stocked and is the owners have impeccable taste very clean and location is awesome when we walked in we offered to buy it on the spot . Best Florida beach vacation rental

We were long overdue for a Florida Beach vacation, and saw this property online. It looked great and we went for it. GREAT CHOICE! It was exactly as shown, really even better. Very Clean, Very nice furnishings, and very well equipped kitchen and rooms. The pool in the private courtyard, with the wall fountain that emptied into the pool was VERY relaxing, and a great place to read a book or just Chill. The addition of the Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, and beach wagon, were great. Short walk to the very nice beach. Super conveniant location, right by grocery store too. Lots to do and see, and we look forward to going back very soon

Amazing and perfect!

We loved this property! It was clean and spacious. The owners have filled the home with everything you could think of, even beyond the basics. There were boats games, books, smart tvs, beach towels, boogie boards, pool toys, and even a wagon to pull everything on the short walk to the beach. The location was wonderful as there were grocery stores and restaurants within very close proximity. The beach was just across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location within 15min of anything you would want to do

This property was more than advertised!!! Excellent location being within 15min of any tourist attraction around cocoa beach. Just minutes away from excellent dining and shopping, let alone a very short drive to beach access, or a short walk to it. Fantastic spot. Def would rent again!!!

Perfect Family Vacation

Beach Vacation

The property was much nicer than we expected. A short walk to the beach or many other areas that you could drive to go to a different part of the beach. If you drive about 5 minutes or so south, there wasn’t hardly anyone on the beaches there. Check in and check out we’re very simple. The casita was nice for our college daughter and boyfriend. The pool was very refreshing after a day at the beach.
