About the Space:
These 3 story townhomes are in an ideal location right next to the Village at Mammoth, Gondola to Canyon Lodge, and Westin Monache hotel.
This 1473 sq. ft. property has a beautiful open living area with hardwood flooring throughout. The living room offers plenty of seating with a large sectional couch, flatscreen TV with smart features, and a beautiful gas burning fireplace (**Please note as of 2/1/2026, the fireplace is not operational/available for use). The kitchen has been updated, creating an open space to the living area and bar seating. It has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Next to the kitchen is a nice sized dining room table with seating for 8. Off the main living area are two private decks, one with a private BBQ (available during summer months only), and the other with a private jacuzzi.
The first bedroom off the main living area offers a queen-sized bed with a single bunk, closet, and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Bedrooms two and three are located upstairs on the third story. Bedroom two has a queen-sized bed, closet and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom three is the master bedroom, with a California king-sized bed, oversized closet, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and large walk-in shower.
In the upstairs hallway is private, in-unit laundry. The garage is oversized and includes an extra storage room large enough to store all of your ski gear in the winter or your bikes in the summer.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent.
This townhome is the perfect space to enjoy your Mammoth vacation!

You will have full access to the entire 3 story townhome.
Private 2 car garage with extra storage space, private jacuzzi and hard lined private BBQ.
There are 2 parking spaces permitted for this property. Two small vehicles may fit in the garage; if needed there are overflow parking spaces across from the unit.
Other details to note:
Please keep all ski equipment and bikes in the garage and guest storage room.
