The directions to find the cabin could’ve been a little bit more specific a suggestion would be maybe larger numbers on the signs and have them set up. A little higher was difficult to see from in the car directions could’ve said turn left up the driveway by the bear den to get to sleepy bear. Cleanliness was sufficient the master bedroom bathroom had a very short and tiny toilet. A grab bar would be nice if not a bigger toilet. It would’ve been nice to have maybe a laminated sheet of directions on how to use equipment or appliances, the air/heaters and Wi-Fi passcode and the hot tub. We stayed for a five days enjoyed it thoroughly the large front porch was very enjoyable. The back patio was a little squishy, but the hot tub was there and grill. The grill did not work and was very rusty and the hot tub only worked on one side and needed some cleaning. Overall, we did enjoy the cabin. I would look forward to going back knowing that these small things we’re taking care of especially our disappointment of the grill not working and to cook our steaks on the stove our host Justin was very prompt of responding any questions we did have other than first getting there and having trouble locating it and calling for contact you receive an AI response which talked very very fast and I had to repeat myself or ask it to talk slower and repeat itself several times that I got frustrated and was much easier to text or send a note to the host again we did enjoy it

Overall not a bad place. We had to section off part of the living room by the air conditioner because the floor was super spongy and felt like you would fall through. Alos, there is significant mold by the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and it was well cleaned.

Wonderful stay

We will definitely book this lovely cabin again. Communication was great the entire stay. Very timely responses when we needed help with anything. We wish to have seen some black bears but maybe next time.

Say way ok, hot tub did not have enough water in it to use but we were able to get ahold of owner and locate garden hose to fill it. Back deck still had a couple streamers and water bottles left from previous guests. Was difficult to locate due to Google Maps still sending me the wrong way at the fork but a local was able to direct me. My opinion, listing should state prior to booking about possibly needing awd or 4wd if having bad weather as was not expecting to be up on a mountain with winding roads or the steep entrance to the property. Overall not bad but would have preferred to know certain things ahead of time.

Thank you for the feedback on your stay. Sorry the hot tub didn’t have enough water on arrival and that the back deck hadn’t been fully cleared — we’ve passed both issues to maintenance and housekeeping. We’ll also update the listing and arrival instructions to warn about the steep entrance, winding mountain roads, and the possibility of needing AWD/4WD in bad weather, and add clearer driving directions to help avoid GPS confusion. We appreciate you letting us know and hope you enjoyed the mountains.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Justin was very communicative with any questions we had. The property was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our stay. 😁 Highly recommend.

Great place to stay if you have littles

For our first family vacation we absolutely loved it. The cabin is up in the mountains and the road was curvy it felt like a rollercoaster as my 3 yr old called it.. the hot tub was relaxing the bed where comfortable. It was a beautiful stay can’t wait to go back

Amazing spacious 3 bed room cabin. Nestled in the woods. All the amenities you could ever want to cook, grill and relax. The hot tube is spacious and private. It is out a ways from the hussle and bussle of the busy town. Peferct get away but not to far if you want to enjoy shopping, restaurant and event happen in pigeon forge and gatlinburg.

Quiet time

It was a quiet peaceful stay. Kitchen was stocked nicely. Board games. Somewhat secluded and away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge.

Fantastic cabin for a family. So comfy and inviting. I was skeptical when I read no AC. BUT the window unit was more than enough! Cabin was fresh and we slept comfortably!
