Kitchen Supplies: We'll be adding more items to the kitchen to ensure it meets our guests' needs. Water Issue: We regret the delay in addressing the water issue and are working on improving our response time for such situations. Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. I want to let you know that we took immediate action upon learning about the roaches and conducted a thorough inspection of the property. We also have regular fumigation to prevent such issues. Regarding the beach chairs, we’ll look into replacing them to ensure future guests have a complete experience.
