This home is situated in a rural, residential area. While there are neighbors close by, the home is very private and you likely won't see other people during your stay. While rural, there's plenty to do in the area, including shopping, hiking, and skiing! All Wheel or 4 Wheel Drive is a must in the winter!

Welcome to our rustic cabin in Conway, NH. This home is the perfect home base for a mountain resort vacation, as we are within an hour of several world class ski resorts, with Cranmore only 20 minutes away! Located directly outside of the White Mountain National Forest, our large, private home is perfect for larger groups, such as families getting together for a reunion or long-time friends looking for a weekend away together. This home was recently constructed and combines the open-concept design of modern living with the rustic charm of rural New Hampshire. The open living room and kitchen is perfect for entertaining large groups and is perfect for those large holiday gatherings, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the 4th of July!

Our home has 3 private bedrooms, with the following set-up:
🛏️Bedroom 1: Queen bed with bathroom (shower and soaking tub)
🛏️Bedroom 2: King bed with bathroom
🛏️Bedroom 3: Queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds
🛏️We also have two queen pull out sofas in the loft area.
All told, we can sleep 14 guests comfortably in beds. Along with the two en suite bathrooms, we have another full bathroom off of the loft and a half bathroom on the first floor.

Nature lovers will be right at home here! Our home is surrounded by woods and we are located right outside of the White Mountain National Forest. We're within a 20 minute drive of wonderful hiking trails including:

⭐We are dog friendly, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs, so please be sure to include your pets in your inquiry, as the pricing will change to include an additional fee. While we are excited to welcome your fur babies into our home, we ask that guests be sure to clean up after their pets both inside and outside. We also ask guests to keep pets off of all furniture including beds. This makes cleaning easier and also protects future guests with allergies. Lastly, pets (especially dogs) MUST be crated if left alone in the home. If these particular rules are not followed, an additional fee may be added at the end of your stay.

⭐We prefer to host guests who are 25 and older.

⭐All wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles are a must from November-April. The roads around our home are mostly dirt and get messy with the snow and mud.

Public transit is not reliably available in Conway. We recommend bringing your own vehicles and in winter, all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is a must!

⭐We have two outdoor cameras: one by the garage and one by the front door. There are no cameras inside the home or pointed at the hot tub.

⭐The hot tub is available year round! We ask that guests be sure to shower prior to using this wonderful amenity, as this ensures the water stays clean and clear. Please do not put anything in the hot tub! If the hot tub is left in a dirty and messy state, there will be an additional cleaning fee.

⭐Under no circumstances do we allow smoking/vaping of any kind in the house or around the property.
