Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. The garage is used to personal storage for the owner's items and vehicle.

Getting Around:
Walking/biking distance to Marco Island Public Beach, boutiques, and restaurants. Car recommended for grocery store.

Other Things to Note:
Renters are allowed to tie boats up to the dock for $25/ day. The lift is not available to guests.
