We are a return rentals because this property is very beautiful, the views of the lake are amazing and it had lots to entertain the adults and the kiddos. Owner is very nice and quick to respond. Basically an amazing place to enjoy the lake!

We loved staying at this great lake house in Fawnskin on Big Bear Lake! Lots of great amenities for everyone! Great working hot tub! Beautiful View! We will definitely try to stay at this place again!

The morning view over the lake is spectacular. I will not go into details, but the host for the house went above and beyond normal hosting - Michael, thank you for being so helpful. You have set a very high standard for other hosts.

Great property

Well stocked with everything you might need including ample charging stations! Beautiful location and our family had a wonderful stay. Housekeeping missed a few things in cleaning in preparation for our stay but otherwise absolutely awesome and we hope to return!

Family 4th of July Vacation at Blue Moon Lake Lodge

Our party of two Grandparents and two families of 4 each enjoyed our stay. The grandkids enjoyed all the games like foosball, pool table, video game, etc. The dock was a good starting point for our standup paddleboards. We tried out our new wing sail on one of the SUPs. The wind was strong with a lot of waves from passing boats which made things challenging, but fun. We had an excellent view of the holiday fireworks. The host was very responsive to our queries.

If you are looking for a cabin with the most breathtaking view, this is it! I’ve stayed in many cabins in Big Bear and Arrowhead and this is, by far, the best based on the view alone. Our host, Michael, was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We had plenty of space for 3 families and a total of 7 kids. The adults loved it because the kids could hang out downstairs in the game room while the adults got to relax upstairs by the fire. It was awesome! Also, The fire pit outside was a perfect way to enjoy the colorful sunset with a glass of wine. The only thing I’d say is a little “inconvenient” is the bathroom situation. The master bathroom is not connected to the bedroom, and it is the main bathroom for the kitchen/ living space, so it’s kind of the communal bathroom of the cabin. Also the bathroom for the secondary bedroom with the two queens is quite far into the game room, so it’s not easy to access in the middle of the night. Also, this room was a bit small and the beds are super high! However, none of these things were deal breakers, considering the beauty of the view! The bunk room was absolutely perfect for the kids on our trip. It’s connected to the game room. They loved it! The guest house was perfect for one family. It has its own kitchen and all. Beds were super comfy in every room and the amenities provided were perfect! Lots of towels, soap, trash bags, etc. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful view

We had an amazing time at Michael’s cabin. The tranquility of the north shore can’t be beat. The view is amazing and we enjoyed fishing from the dock.

Beautiful cabin & location

Loved the location right on the lake. House was well stocked, lots of room, beds were clean and comfortable. Backyard area was not cleaned well when we first checked in, but after messaging the host, he sent someone out right away and took care of it. Overall great stay and definitely will be back!

Abundance of family friendly amenities

Thoroughly enjoy the home and beauty of the lake. Appreciated the dock for our boat, gas barbecue, spa, and game room. The only reason I gave 4 of 5 stars was that a few of my guest states that their beds were uncomfortable. In the room with two queens, the beds are very high and hard for shorter guest to climb into and one of them had a sink hole feel near the wall. The home could have also been dusted and mopped a bit better. This was noticed around fans and dining room furniture. Nonetheless, a lovely stay overall at a beautiful location.

Big bear lake stay

This place was first class overall with everything great property right on the water, killer dock, and all the toys to hang out for an extended weekend couldn't ask for anything better. I'll come back here in a heartbeat.

Friends and Family Fun!

Our group had an amazing time at this comfy lake house! The cozy cottage was perfect for the grandparents when they wanted a break from the fun games of the main house. The kitchen well equipped, cooking on the large range was a dream. Even in the chilly weather, the large decks were awesome to sit at and enjoy the views. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the nice linens and towels. Thank you for allowing us to stay, we will be back!

Perfect house on the lake!

We traveled to Big Bear Lake from Arizona for a family getaway. The house had everything we could have wanted - quiet area, well-stocked, plenty of activities, and epic views. We had a group ranging from age 1-60 and everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly! Perfect spot for groups and families.

Excellent Big Bear Lakefront getaway

Beautiful and well appointed house that feels like home. Incredible view of the lake and mountains. Very nice host that is very helpful. Plenty of electronics, outdoor furniture, kitchen equipment and games. We highly recommend this rental home and host.

Fantastic place for a family gathering

Location is superb. The view from the Fawnskin side of the lake is better than from Big Bear City and this home is situated perfectly. Very quiet neighborhood. Very easy trip to get around the lake. The host communicates very well. All the amenities are available and easy to use.
