Welcome to Giving Tree! Escape to your own private paradise with our newly built stunning home boasting over 3700 sq ft of luxurious living space. Nestled on a quiet tree-lined street, Giving Tree is ideal for a relaxing Hill Country retreat and just steps away from all the action on Main St as well as easy access to Wine Road 290. Unwind in style at our lavish home which features a stunning open concept Great Room adorned with 20' tall vaulted ceilings and spacious living area perfect for gathering family and friends. After a day of adventures, relax under the covered veranda or in the crystal clear pool and in-ground hot tub. Our home includes 6 private bedrooms, 4 full baths, and easily accommodates up to 16.

Enjoy good company in the spacious Great Room with vaulted cathedral-style ceilings. It's also a perfect place to sip a fresh cup of coffee in the morning while the sunlight spills in from the large glass windows!

If you're looking to cool off from the Texas heat, there's no place better than the private crystal pool (with shallow tanning ledge and built-in bench seating) or under the sleek fans of the covered veranda. After a day of exploring Wine Road 290 or the tasting rooms, beer gardens, shops, and restaurants on Main Street, what better way to end the day than unwinding in the private hot tub?

The large master suite comes with bench seating area, flat screen TV with Amazon Firestick, en suite bath with heated marble floors, and oversized shower with rainfall shower head. And the spacious guest rooms come with a comfortable memory foam mattress, luxurious linens, and en suite bath (3rd and 4th bedrooms share bath and 5th bedroom has half bath).

The lavish kitchen and dining room are perfect for entertaining guests and come complete with stainless steel appliances, dual temperature wine fridge, cooking utensils, cookware, silverware, and 2 full sets of dishes (Unbreakable dishes and glasses which can be used indoors and outdoors, as well as Gibson stoneware). It also comes stocked with kitchen basics like a coffee maker (with coffee basics like filters, stirring sticks, and alternative sweeteners), wine openers, built-in knife drawer with knife block, cutting boards, oven mitts, Tupperware, cling wrap, and tin foil.

Guests will be provided cruelty-free, vegan friendly toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion from Public Goods as well as a full set of plush hand towels, makeup towels, and bath towels (more sets provided for stays longer than 2 days). We also offer our guests laundry services for used towels and linens after their departure.

As such, QUIET HOURS from 10PM-7AM, will be strictly enforced. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund. Minut and NoiseAware noise monitoring devices are used to monitor internal and external decibel (DB) levels only as outlined per City Ordinance.*

Rescue devices will be available near the pool/hot tub but should not substitute for direct adult supervision. Please no diving into the pool. No adding soap, bubbles, dyes, or other chemical additives to the pool or spa. Door chime must remain on as a mandated safety feature of our home.*

*By booking, guest(s) agree to pay additional security deposit prior to check in and agree to follow ALL House Rules and are required to sign our rental agreement. We will apply the security deposit monies as we deem appropriate for any damage to the property or breaking any of the House Rules.*

City Of Fredericksburg House Rules:

1. Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential
zones).
2. The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting
restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is
present to use the light.
3. Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces. Please park your cars in the driveway and do not park on unimproved areas.
4. Place all trash in designated containers (located along the side of the driveway across from the garage).
5. Please refer to House Manual for 24 hour contact as well as Operator contact.
6. For all emergencies call 911. For non-emergency dispatch call 8309977585.
7. Guests are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations pertaining to the use and occupancy of the Short-Term Rental, and that Guests may be fined by the City for violations of this section 5.401.

If you choose to drive, parking on city streets is generally not difficult to find and is free. Ride share companies, like Uber and Lyft, do operate in Fredericksburg although drivers are not as plentiful as they are in larger cities.

To access the wineries, distilleries, and breweries on Highway 290, most guests drive or book a local wine tour company for a chauffeured experience.
