Welcome to Sunset Dreams - an inviting, renovated bay-block retreat just 15–20 minutes from Cape May and Wildwood’s famous beaches. A small Delaware Bay beach sits right at the end of the street, ideal for peaceful walks, fishing, exploring, and breathtaking sunsets that paint the sky almost every evening. Whether you’re here for wineries, breweries, local BYOB favorites, or simply to unwind, this 4-bedroom, 2-bath duplex home places you close to everything while giving you the coastal experience you crave. About the Home: Step inside Unit B with keyless entry and head to an inviting second level living space - your main hub for lounging, cooking, and connecting. 2nd Level Highlights: Relax in the living room featuring a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and large screen Smart-TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, new appliances, and a large dining table with plenty of seating. This level also features two bedrooms, one offering a queen-sized bed and a Smart-TV and the other includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin-sized trundle bed. You will also find a full bathroom, laundry room with a new washer and dryer along with access to a back deck and dining set to enjoy your morning coffee or outdoor meals. 3rd Level Retreat: Upstairs, a cozy sitting/working nook leads to two other queen bedrooms-each with Smart-TVs and bladeless ceiling fans and a shared full bath. Outdoor Oasis: Enjoy a beautifully hardscaped patio complete with a screened-in gazebo, gas grill, open outdoor shower, and a partially fenced yard. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit and unwind under a sky full of stars. Everything You Need Is Already Here: Your stay includes the following so there’s no need to overpack - Full linens: sheets, towels, blankets & pillows, high-speed WiFi, 2 bikes, kayak, paddleboard, fishing poles, cornhole set and other outdoor games for backyard fun, 10 beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, buckets, shovels, and kid-friendly beach toys, and more. Cleaning fee applies to all stays. Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property only. Booking Details: Reservations are made through deSatnick Real Estate, LLC. Security deposits must be paid by ACH or personal check 45 days prior to check-in.

We enjoyed a long weekend for my best friends bachelorette party and it was fantastic. The house is fully stocked, very clean, and very cozy. We were all very comfortable and happy. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property, like new, very clean and neat, with all amenities listed and more. Outside deck, fire pit, and grill area all very nice and useful. Easily accommodated 6 adults and 4 children. When returning to Wildwood, Cape May area will plan to stay here again.

Great Spot for a Girl’s Weekend!

Perfect space for a large group

We had 5 adults and 5 children and this place was perfect! The beds were comfortable and the outdoor area provided extra living space. It’s one block from the ocean and the house is well stocked with everything you could need. We had a great stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay, the house was clean and well equipped. It was in close proximity to the beach and very easy to access. Overall, great stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Cape May!

Beautifully appointed property

We enjoyed our stay for a short weekend getaway. The interior was incredibly organized, clean and so well appointed. The patio could have used some maintenance in the shared backyard area. Overall, a very nice property in an up and coming neighborhood.

The property itself is nice, in a nice area and very close drive to a lot of activities (Wildwood, Cape May beaches, shopping, etc). Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with coffee, cutlery, and other kitchen items. The check-in process wasn't very clear as it is a dual townhome and the host did not tell us which side we could park on and which side of the house we were in, as well as which outdoor areas were shared vs which werent. We had to rely on the neighbor to tell us. Also a few outdoor resources weren't actually usable - there was no propane in the tank in the BBQ and the logs for the firepit were full of insects. We also had issues with hot water - we realized the water heater wasn't even on. Also, not clearly called out on the listing, there is NO SOAP provided (which is ok, but was missed by us in the long list of amenities). Would be helpful for the host to call this out more clearly as there wasn't even hand soap.
