OCEANTFRONT? You bet! If your idea of a relaxing vacation is soaking up the sun, try our family owned 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo. You can relax in the crystal blue waters of the Emerald Coast, sink your toes into the striking white sand and take in one of the most breathtaking sunsets of your life. Nature has supplied it all in abundance on one of Florida's best rated beaches- Panama City Beach. Dunes of Panama allows for one of the best front row seats to this picture perfect view of nature's creations.

◆ Important Notice – A Building Exterior Repairs
Starting in September 2025 and continuing through March 2026, the A BUILDING at Dunes of Panama will undergo scheduled Milestone Exterior Repairs. Work will take place Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CT).

These repairs are limited to the exterior of the building and will not affect guest stays- discounted rates are listed during this time. Please note that during this time there will be jackhammering, rebar and stucco repair on the exterior of the building. Some balconies may be temporarily closed or locked while work is being completed on the unit’s exterior. A209 is schedule to have the balcony temporarily closed and locked from October 15 through December 9, 2025.

In many instances and as part of the above disclosure prior to booking or immediately after booking, you may actually see up to a 40% discount off the normal rates paid in the A Building and other Dunes of Panama buildings to compensate for the inconvenience. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience or disruption you may have had during your stay in the A Building during this time and hope you will give us another chance under normal circumstances to enjoy our beautiful property and all the amenities the Dunes of Panama offers our guest.

We appreciate you're understanding as the property continues to improve and maintain its high standards.

A209 now offers Complimentary Seasonal Beach Service for 2* for each night stay during season (March 1 - Oct 31). * 2 Cushioned Comfort Loungers, 1 Private Shade Umbrella- you do nothing but relax and enjoy the view!

◆ Air Conditioning
➥ For your comfort, the air conditioning is available year-round. Please do not set the thermostat below 70 degrees during the spring and summer months, as running it too low can cause the system to freeze and may result in service interruptions. To keep the home cool and the system working efficiently, please also avoid leaving windows or doors open while the AC is operating.

◆ Linens and Toiletries Provided- To ensure you have a relaxing and convenient stay, we provide a thoughtful set of linens and starter amenities:
➥ One bath towel and one washcloth per guest, plus two extras for added convenience
➥ One bath mat per shower
➥ Two hand towels per bathroom sink
➥ Two kitchen towels and one sponge
➥ Dish soap
➥ Two dishwasher pods
➥ Two laundry pods
➥ One roll of paper towels
➥ One to two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, depending on roll thickness
➥ A bar of soap at each bathroom sink
➥ Shampoo and conditioner

◆ Check-In / Check-Out- Please follow the designated check-in and check-out times/dates unless otherwise approved in writing. Unauthorized late checkouts may interfere with cleaning schedules and may result in additional charges.

◆ Pool Usage- If the property includes access to a community or private pool, please enjoy responsibly. Use of these amenities is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times, and no glass is permitted near the pool or hot tub areas.

◆Guest Responsibility-The guest who booked the reservation must be present during the stay and may not book on behalf of another party. Identification may be requested at check-in to verify the reservation holder.

◆ Property Occupancy- For the safety and comfort of all guests, please do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit for the property at any time. Maximum occupancy is 8.

◆Noise Policy- We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and maintain low noise levels between 10 PM and 8 AM. If the property is in a community with an established quiet hours policy, those rules must also be observed. Repeat violations or excessive noise complaints may result in fines or immediate eviction without refund.

◆ Smoking Policy- To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property. Smoking outdoors must occur at least 10 feet away from doors, windows, and balconies. A $500 fine will be charged for indoor smoking, plus any necessary cleaning or damage repairs.

◆ Party and Event Policy- Our property is intended for peaceful enjoyment. Parties and special events are not permitted unless arranged and approved in writing by management prior to arrival.

◆ Unauthorized Guests- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Great place to stay!

This condo is a great place to stay! My family and I enjoyed every minute of it. Being able to take our dogs was a major plus! The property manager was quick with responses and getting a few minor things fixed for us. We will be staying again.

Convenient Location on the Quiet End

Nice unit and location on lower floor with easy beach and pool access, convenient to shops and restaurants without being in the middle if all tourist madness. Older property, which we like not in a big tower. We enjoyed our stay.

We did not stay in A209. Due to construction, we were offered another of Todd's condo's B406. It was a little different, but it was fine. We had an issue with the toilet, air conditioning and the television/cable. The onsite handyman Bob took care of everything or saw that it was taken care of, and our stay was FATASTIC. Fabulous weather. The King size bed was so comfortable.

Great location! Just minutes from everything! Free beach service! Everything was just as stated! Really my only issue was worn out electric plugs was so worn out that they wouldn't even hold your phone charger in.would definitely recommend changing those outlets!

Very Nice!!

Had a wonderful time on our first spring break in Florida. Owner was easy to work with. Condo was spacious and loved the tile floors. The heated pool was my favorite. Property was clean and had security on site 24/7. Great view from the balcony. Very comfortable beds. Our family will definitely return next year. Thank you! Mike and Angie

Great place to stay with pets

The condo was just as described on the advertisement. Great view! Fantastic access to the beach. You can walk to restaurants and shopping.The only complaint I had about the property was the carpeting in the bedrooms. But, it’s the end of the season so I understand. They offered to come and clean it the next day, but I was hesitant because I was afraid my dogs would take the advantage of the lifted smells in a wet carpet. Todd is very friendly and very responsive to questions. The on-site management is very helpful and friendly as well. It was a great trip and I can’t wait to go back again!

Spring Break 2012

We had a great week in P.C. and really enjoyed this condo. The pictures are accurate and the unit was clean and updated with new fixtures in the kitchen and bath. The view from the balcolny was nice and we didn't mind using the stairs. The only downside of the condo is the sofa bed, it is old and very uncomfortable for sleeping. The beds in the unit are clean and comfortable. If you don't need the sofa bed you will be very happy in this unit. The owner was easy to work with and available to answer questions. I would recommend this condo and the Dunes of Panama to my friends and family.

Old sofas and beds

Bad- The mattresses need to be replaced. Hard and sink in the middle. The dishwasher kept backing up into the sink and smelled terrible. Sofa sank when you sat on it. The AC vent was full - need to replace it. Good- great view and good location. Pool was nice washer-dryer in unit was great Easy access to room by stairs. Nice balcony to enjoy

Great stay!

This place was great- great view and right on the water! My only complaint were the shower heads and I let the owner know. The mattresses were not that awesome but we did not loose any sleep. The convenience for our dog was great- the place has a little dog trail and took him to the pier to swim which was so close!

Loved it!!!

For an older complex We loved the condo!!! the pools and property were so clean and nice. ..We have stayed in several over the years in PCB. The condo was beautiful, spacious, plenty of room for 8..The pools were fabulous..Very clean..The view was perfect... The kitchen is very well stocked..Loved the end of the beach, no traffic and very convenient to everything....We had a awesome time and will definitely stay here again.. Thank you so much!!!!
