Nothing in the world soothes the soul and recharges the battery like the tranquil sounds of the ocean on your own private, white, sandy beach. Come to our luxury condo on Cayman Kai in the Cayman Islands. Just 40 minutes from the airport in Georgetown-the quiet, peaceful side of the island. Relaxation and sun-filled days abound! Crystal clear waters and swaying palm trees surround you. Plus a jacuzzi and beautiful infinity pool are steps away from your backdoor.
This is a 2BR/2Bath condo in the newer Phase 2 part. Situated on the 2nd floor, it was previously owned by the developer of this complex. It features first-class furniture throughout, and is in impeccable condition. All the amenities one could ask for can be found here. Granite countertops, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer unit, and a fully stocked kitchen to name a few.
The master bedroom en-suite boasts a romantic canopy king-size bed with beautiful linens. A flat screen t.v. can also be found in here. A walk-in closet offers plenty of space for your belongings.
The 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed with flat screen t.v. Ample closet space is featured here-with 2nd bathroom located just around the corner from bedroom.
The Kaibo Yacht Club Restaurant and Bar are just steps away located directly on the beach. Daytime features casual dining, while evenings upstairs feature fine dining with crisp, white table linens.
The very famous and well known Rum Point Beach is a few minutes away. A beach side bar and restaurant can also be found here. All your favorite water sports are available.

I’m going to make this review short and simple. The place we stayed at was beautiful and was on the quiet side of the island which we enjoyed. We had a nice and relaxing trip.

Our first trip to Cayman was amazing! This is perfect location being so close to Kaibo & also Rum Point. We drove to 7 mile a couple of times which was close to an hour. We liked staying on the North side away from the hussle & bussle especially when there are a lot of cruises in town.

An amazing stay in paradise

Book it now you will not regret it! Mitch was an incredubly attentive host and his place was so lovely my fiancee and i came together and had the place to our self it was huge! The kitchen was so useful i surprised myself and saved money to come home with because we were able to use the amazing kitchen everyone i spoke with staff wise was incredibly kind (which was minimal its a very private place and you are not bothered unless you need something) they gave great suggestions too. The beds were SO COMFY and you get 2 baths and even a giant walk in closet the view from master bed is BEAUTIFUL there is a cute grocery store too short ride up the road

Nice condo in quiet area, with calm beach and walking distance to Kaibo. Also close to Rum Point. Good value and overall a good option for the area. I would happily stay here again.

Quiet relaxation

Wonderful place to just relax. Biggest warning about Grand Cayman, everything is crazy pricey. I told my husband we were bringing a carry-on bag of just snacks next time, a bag of Cheetos was like 8 at the grocery stores. Everything is in Cayman dollars, so add more for US conversion. That's just a warning to help prepare you. The place itself is so peaceful and nice. Pool, beach, water, etc. We saw starfish near the shoreline every morning. We met fun people staying in neighboring condos. Everyone was friendly and nobody was obnoxious. Fun times during the day but nice and quiet at night. Oh, another hint is to bring ear plugs if you aren't an early riser. This is an entire island thing...roosters and chickens roam so roosters crowing at 6am is normal. I get up early so it didn't bother me, my husband would just put in his ear buds. We would definitely come back!

Peaceful beautiful location

We enjoyed the views of the beach and the bay, and the fact that we were very close to Rum Point. The property has a nice kitchen for cooking in. The Master bedroom has a lovely view of the beach and direct access to the enclosed lanai. The beds were comfortable in both bedrooms. If you are interested in snorkeling then there is a great drift snorkel less than a 5 minute drive up the road. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Grand Cayman.

Kaibo yacht club phase 2

My wife and I stayed for a short 5 night stay @ Kaibo phase 2 condos. Mitchells unit is in the best of 3 buildings in our opinion. Lots of good here, love the location, pool, and beach amazing. Ate at all Rum Point, Kaibo restaurants, all were fantastic. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The fair, is that all the phase 2 units are a little dated. We got to peek in some other units while there. The shower faucet, in master bedroom squeals loud when turning on the water. It would be great to have a gas grill over charcoal. It would be great to have portable beach chairs to take to other beaches, since we traveled to many other beaches. Nit picky stuff, but all in all is that its got a lot of pluses for the money they ask to rent it. Had a great time, and I'm sure you will also.

This place is extremely AWESOME!

The location of this property can't be beat! Right on a secluded beach, it has an atmosphere of complete relaxation. The pool and hot tub were great and well maintained (I saw workers out cleaning everything each morning). When we were ready to explore, there is a dock about 100 steps away where we caught boats for different water excursions. It couldn't have been more convenient.The condo is well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable, living areas were nice, but we spent the majority of our indoor time on the patio overlooking the beach (fantastic sunset viewing!).The reservation and check in process was super easy, and the host was very responsive to our questions.I HIGHLY recommend this property!

Lovely view

Large two bedroom, two bath condo with great view of the water. The kitchen was stocked with utencils, dishes, and spices needed for cooking. The washer, dryer, and drying rack was convenient. The property has a nice pool and whirlpool. The hammocks on the beach are a nice touch. There are water excursions that leave from the pier. The North side of the island is quiet

Most Excellent Condo

This condo exceeded our expectations. It is immaculate and has everything anyone could ask for in a vacation condo. It is ideally situated on a quiet part of the beach but within walking distance of the yacht club. The furnishings are very nice and the beds extremely comfortable. We wiil be back.

Great property and location

This condo was spacious for two people and very nice. The location was great. You need a car but we really appreciated the quietness of Rum Point. As long as you plan your grocery trips you are fine. Nice restaurant a few steps away, another 5 minutes drive, and another 25 minutes drive. The water is picturesque but due to jellyfish not very swimmable. About 10 minutes walk was much better and great snorkeling for starfish. It wasn’t until the end of our stay that we tried to check out the garage (thought it was owners only) but we could not get the small key to unlock it. Perhaps there were beach chairs? Would have been very helpful. Instead, we rented chairs at Public Beach so we could take in Seven Mile Beach. Terrible experience. Chairs crammed within 6 inches of each other. Noisy, no breeze, no view.

Absolutely no issues - as long as you understand that this is a remote location and you want a peaceful spot to relax and unwind this is a great spot and the condo is in great shape
