Fully furnished and equipped, our visitors will have all the convenience of home. The complex is within walking distance of Kaibo Yacht Club which features a restaurant and beach bar, gift shop, and docking facility for boats. B13 is a ground floor unit perfectly positioned for central access to the infinity pool and heated Jacuzzi, this unit overlooks the azure blue Caribbean Sea. Large bay windows allow you maximum views of the coconut-tree lined lagoon and ocean or provide excellent ventilation with soft sea breezes. Magnificient sunset views from the screened patio with the twinkling lights of the north-western end of the island in the distance, optimally positioned. Our unit is child and family friendly with plasticwares and some beach/pool toys.The condo is fully furnished and equipped, including linens, towels, kitchenware, BBQ grill, glass and stemware, cooking equipment and appliances. We try to include all the conveniences of home in a picturesque setting perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation!

This serene setting is home to some of the most upscale and private vacation villas, homes, and condominiums. Perfect for families spending quality time together, couples wanting a private get-away, honeymooners, or that special anniversary or birthday celebration. We have also had many couples get married nextdoor or on nearby picturesque beaches and combine their wedding and honeymoon stay with us!

Diving, snorkelling, and water-sports can be arranged at Red Sail Sports at Rum Point or with a number of locally licensed watersports operators, many of whom will arrange customised, private trips.

For those that want to explore the surrounding neighbourhoods, restaurants are located in North Side and East End. Nearby attractions include the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, the Mastic Trail, Crystal Caves, Wreck of the Ten Sails, and several public beach areas perfect for swimming and snorkelling. A mere 40 minute drive and guests can visit the commercial district of George Town, shop in the duty-free shops, explore attractions on the western end of the island and still retreat to one of the most beautiful and serene spots on all three islands - back to Cayman Kai.

Access to Grand Cayman is easy with daily flights on Cayman Airways and most major US carriers from US gateways (Miami, Tampa, New York, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Washington DC, etc., etc.) and direct service on British Airways (Heathrow), and Air Canada and West Jet (from the Canadian marketplace); as well as Jamaica and Cuba and charter markets throughout Central and South America. The airport on Grand Cayman is also served by many charter operators providing convenient service and is equipped for owner operated and private flights as well.
