Completely renovated Immaculate Beach House on quiet street. Short walk or bike ride to the warm waters of Nantucket Sound beaches located on South Shore Drive. You can choose from Smugglers Beach, South Middle Beach, Parker's River Beach, Seaview Beach, and Thatcher Beach, or enjoy fishing/boating activities on Bass River. Walking distance to popular family restaurants Captain Parker's and the Skipper, shopping, mini golf, and go-carts. Short drive to Main Street Hyannis Restaurants and activities. Master Bedroom with Queen Bed and full bath. Second bedroom with two double beds and large closet. Private Out Door shower and back yard. Recently added Three Season room with dining, lounging, and TV area. Private back yard for leisurely nights grilling in or family activities on manicured lawn. Washer/Dryer, Central A/C, WIFI, Flat Screen TVs. One Nest doorbell in front of home for security reasons that does not infringe on guests privacy. Bed sheets and bath towels available upon request. Please Note: Minimum 7 night stays in June, July, and August run Saturday to Saturday with Check-in Saturday afternoon and Checkout the following Saturday morning.

Nice, well kept property. Neighborhood feels nice and quiet and secluded but you are also a short drive away from the fun and activities of the mid-Cape area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice place for Cape Cod vacation

Convenient location to food, family activities and some nearby beaches that the owner was nice enough to recommend to us (although we ended up driving to the National Seashore). The house was immaculate and well-maintained. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower and the family room.

Great South Yarmouth Location

House is located south of rte 28, walking distance to 3 beaches. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and spent the majority of our time there in the 3 season room. The outdoor shower got lots of use as well as the grill. The host communication was excellent. there in the

Another Wonderful visit

We stayed for the second year because we liked the location of the house. It is a quiet street and close to kids attractions and ice cream, which the kids loved. The house layout is also very convenient for us - family of 4. The sun room is where we spent most of the time when at the house. The new beds were very comfortable. We had another year of great time at the cape!

Home away from home

We had the most wonderful time staying at Michael’s house. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The house was decorated with excellent taste - we fell in love with the couch (soooo comfortable)! The season room was very convenient and we spent most our time there when we were not on the beach. The lawn was very well maintained and a great place for the kids to play . We had a bunny friend that visited every day- so cute 😃 . Overall I can’t say enough good things - all was great!

Great property and nice yard

This property was perfect for our vacation. It was clean, neat, and good quality items included such as LG washer/dryer, Kuerig coffee maker, Weber grill and Emeril knives. The deck, yard, and outdoor shower all helped to make it fun. My only issues were that there were very little paper items (had to get TP right away) and the primary bed was a little too soft and the bed squeaked everytime someone moved. I also wish the owner had told us about the free parking beaches that were nearby . The location is excellent!

Super clean and comfortable

My family of four, two children ages 6 and 10, thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this house. The accommodations were more than enough space for our family. The house was homey and clean and very inviting. The outdoor shower was our ONLY means of showering and we were close to beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops. We will definitely be returning! I highly recommend this property!!

Perfect week at the cape!

This house had everything you could want for a relaxing beach vacation. Close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, outdoor shower, beautiful grill, and comfortable accommodations. We can’t wait to go back!

Excellent accommodations

We had a great experience at this property. The layout was fantastic for our family. 2 bathrooms were nice though we only used the outdoor shower. The backyard was great for yard games. Quiet street and proximity to family fun on the Cape can’t be beat. A+

Excellent House for a Cape Cod Vacation

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this house. We love the open floor concept and the backyard. The location is great as well since it is accessible to lots of restaurants and activities for children. The owner, Michael, is extremely responsive and helpful as well. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house.

Cape Cod Vacation

Great Cape Cod cottage in a terrific area close to the beach and attractions. Great backyard and deck. The outdoor shower was also a big hit. Perfect for a Cape Cod family vacation.

Delightful Stay

The property was great. It was very well maintained and updated. The outdoor shower was a huge hit. The location is very convenient to mini-golf, drive-in movies, ice cream, and restaurants. Of course, the main draw for us was that the beach was only a 15 minute walk from the house (or a short drive with $20 parking right next to the beach). It is a smaller beach, but perfect for our family. We all loved the house.

Cute cape house

Very Clean and Beautiful Home

I can't say enough great things about this house. Clean, quiet, well maintained, great location great neighborhood. My family loved every minute of this trip and we couldn't have been happier with this Home. We LOVED the outdoor shower! My son enjoyed running around the big yard at sprinkler time while we got ready to go out to eat at all the Amazing restaurants near by.( not Salty's though..) Oh and the Turkey's that wonder the neighborhood at dusk are neat to watch also! Absolutely Great! Thanks Again Mike. Your Home was beautiful!! Francine and Family

Great location, great house, very clean and comfortable. Has everything you need. Comfortable outside siting area and grill. Walk through a beautiful neighborhood to the great beach. Walking distance to the Stop&Shop, restaurants and ice cream places, Couple minute drive to the Pirate Museum and miniature golf places.

Fantastic, clean and convenient home!

This is our second time staying at Mike’s house and we could not have been happier. The place is super clean, well maintained and updated. Very convenient to many beaches and lots of fun stuff to do in the area. Our 3 and 6 year old kids had a great time in the yard, playing mini golf at Skull Island, getting ice cream and any of the many places in the area, playing at Parker’s River Beach on the swings and loved every minute in the ocean! It’s a quick ride to multiple beaches on either coast. Our favorites were Grey’s, Mayflower, and in the evenings we would walk down to Parker’s River Beach to play in the sand and at the little playground they have there. Highly recommend this house for your family vacation, couples getaway or any kind of fun cape trip! Is great!

Perfect for us!

Fantastic, Clean and Convenient Home!

We are just back from our week on the Cape, and I can't say enough great things about this home. It was extremely clean! We have two young kids (2.3 and 5.4) and they loved the house, shared the bedroom comfortably and had plenty of space to play inside and out. The walk to the beach is easy, although we only did it in the evenings to play at the park. Parking is only $15 during the week. The beaches close by are great! Plenty of beautiful soft sand and playgrounds right on the beach. We also traveled to the bay side (Mayflower in Dennis) and to a beach with free parking (Colonial Acres). An easy 10-20 minute drive to multiple beaches. The kids loved the super fun Pirate's Cove which is easily walkable. On the not so beachy days we went to the Children's museum (35 minutes) and the Museum of Natural History (15 minutes). The outdoor shower was a highlight, and there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Michael was available, but we never needed him because everything was so easy! The neighborhood was lovely. Friendly people and it felt very private. We would definitely recommend this house if you're looking for a quiet, comfortable, relaxing vacation. We LOVED it!

Home away from home

This house was wonderful. The attention to detail was fantastic. The house was beautiful and immaculate. The instructions were very helpful. It was perfect for our family which included 2 teenagers. Plenty of room with lots of privacy. We all loved our stay and felt at home. Beautiful deck, grill and lovely spacious outdoor shower. Comfortable beds, large rooms and bathrooms. Great tv and wifi a must for kids. Best week ever spent after going to the cape for over 20 years. We will definitely rent again from Michael.

The perfect house in a great location!

This house was perfect for our family of 5, clean and comfortable! Having 2 bathrooms was a huge plus with 3 teenage girls and we loved the outside shower! The house is in a perfect central location for exploring the cape and is a short walk to the Parkers River Beach. We had a wonderful vacation! Thanks Mike!!
