We had a great stay at Encore, and hope to come back in the future. The house is beautiful and has everything we could need. Great gathering spaces, as well as areas to sneak off for privacy. The management staff was friendly, helpful, and responded quickly to questions.

Perfect beach house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our group of 9 and everyone had their own space. I particularly loved that the 3rd floor master had a separate kids room with a door within the master which was perfect to put a crib for our youngest. Hoping this becomes a yearly trip for us!

William was awesome to work with,the house was great and the location was even better.The only thing I would change it needs a tankless hot water heater.Well furnished with any and everything.The location was perfect and the views and the beach were even better.Absolutely the best Host u could possibly have.Thank you again for a wonderful week!!!

WiFi was terrible. Back door and deck door looks either didn’t work, broken, missing, or hard to operate. Two beachfront chairs were broken. Overall it was a very nice place to stay

Hi Mitch, thank you for the wonderful review. The beachside doors are 3 point locks or (Hurricane Doors). Simply lift the handle and turn the knob to lock. The thunderstorm knocked out the internet in most of the homes here on the beach, we did reboot the modem after you all departed this morning and it is working fine. I wish we had known about the two beach chairs when you arrived as our office is directly across the street from the home, we could have brought new ones to you. The home was beautiful and clean inside. It accommodated our large family. The surrounding area of the home was trashy. The property fence was torn down, construction remnants left everywhere between houses and beach items were left around the homes beach access and washed under the staircase and house. The broken fence opening left the property open to anyone from the street to access the porch and beach. Beach was overly crowded due to beach access for all frangista properties being 1 door down. We loved the home with the newly remodeled finishings. Coffee maker didn’t work but we called the office and had a new one within 2 hours. Response for service was excellent!Would definitely stay again on a less crowded time of year and if premises are cleaned up. Home had everything needed!

We also appreciate your kind words about our quick response when the coffee maker stopped working—we’re always happy to take care of issues as quickly as possible. We completely understand your concerns about the fencing and the construction remnants in the surrounding area. The fencing is scheduled to be replaced later this year during the quieter season, specifically so the work can be completed with as little disruption as possible to guests staying in the homes. We’re also continuing to monitor the surrounding areas and address what we can to keep the property and beach access areas as clean and inviting as possible. As for the beach being crowded, Frangista Beach is a popular destination, especially during peak season, and the nearby beach access points can certainly become busy. Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this property. We hope to be back! We had plenty of space and the views were incredible! The only downfall was that the community pool was only up and running 2 of the 7 days of our stay.
