The master bedroom features a king size bed with full size private bathroom! Wake up to the sights and sounds of the waves and the beach. Walk out the patio door from the master and lounge in the shaded hammock!

The second king bedroom and third king bedroom are conveniently located just off the living room. They share a Jack-n-Jill full-size bathroom with plenty of space!

The double-queen bedroom and 4-twins bedroom are located just down the hallway. A full-size bathroom is located just across the hall from the guest rooms for convenient access!

The kitchen-living-dining area features an open-play layout, with endless views of the Gulf of Mexico. You'll find a fully-stocked kitchen, large kitchen island and dining table, as well as a plush wraparound sofa with large flat-screen TV - great for movie night!

The gulf-view deck runs the entire length of the house, with lounge chairs, sitting chairs, hammock, and a large dining table for family meals in the shade! There's nothing better than kicking back with the family after fun in the sun and enjoying a nap or snacks and drinks in the shade!

Underneath the home, you'll find a nicely shaded area with beach gear, sitting table, lounge chairs, beach gear, enclosed outdoor shower, and a grilling area! From here, the wooden walkway leads out to the beach, allowing for easy access to beach or home with just a couple steps at the beach end!

"Longshore" also provides 4 Beach Cruiser Bikes, included with your stay! These super-comfy bikes are great for exploring Scenic 30A - at the end of your driveway, you'll find miles and miles of paved pathway winding through little beach towns - an easy and enjoyable bike ride for the whole family!

The Dune Allen Beach area is one of the best on 30A.  Only moderately developed, and a local "go-to" spot, the beaches are less crowded, and the pace of life is slower.  In addition, you've still got multiple options for shopping and dining within a mile of the home - if you're feeling adventurous, you can even paddle to one of the restaurants directly from your private dock!  Destin, Sandestin, Grayton Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, and the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Malls are all just a few minutes drive time away.

*We always try to keep some beach items (chairs, umbrella, toys, floaties) at the property for your use. While these are not guaranteed, there’s usually a good stock of items available. We do not provide beach towels. Please plan on bringing some with you, or purchase locally (inexpensive ones available at nearby stores).
