Only minutes from Disneyworld , Universal Studios, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, this spacious five bedroom, four bathroom villa, is located with a back yard golf view, in the prestigious golf community of Highlands Reserve.

The large master suite has private access to the pool and extra closet space. The tennis courts, large community pool, and playground are just around the corner.

There are no villas behind the house and a hedge between it and the neighbouring homes on either side offers ultimate privacy. We have provided 4 sun loungers and a patio table with 6 chairs for your comfort.

This Executive Villa is located off US Highway 27, just three miles south of US Highway 192 and three miles north of the Interstate 4. Walt Disney World is only 15 minutes away and the home is within easy driving distance of the all the other major theme parks and Interstate 4 is just minutes away providing quick access to the beaches near Tampa on the West Coast or the Space (East) Coast beaches near Cocoa Beach and Melbourne, and all the Central Florida attractions.

All linens and towels are all supplied. To cool off during the hot Florida days there is a spacious patio and pool area with large private pool which overlooks the conservation area and golf course just sit back and enjoy a relaxing drink while watching the evening sunset. Overall this is the perfect location for your family holiday or extended winter stay in Central Florida.

Stunning villa

Amazing villa pictures do not do the property justice ! Very smooth booking process. Safe and secure location for families. Only a 30-40 minute drive to Disney and universal parks . Owner was very amenable when we requested a late check out thank you.

We love this rental home!

We have been renting this home for several years, love the layout and amenities. We use the spa and pool frequently and the spacious deck. The house is always extremely clean upon our arrival, the current property management has been very responsive to our requests! We would recommend this property as it is close to all the attractions! A couple of restaurants we would recommend would be Manny's and Texas Roadhouse, they provide great food at a reasonable price.

Perfect size for party of 8

The home location and size is ideal for 2 families for 4 to share. Our party enjoyed the pool and all the windows allow us to have an eye on the children from most rooms while having coffee or preparing a meal. We did seem to have an issue getting ahold of the property manager two calls were placed about dropping off a grill as well as the smoke alarm that kept making a chirping noise. The answering service said that a charge would apply if the phone number was abused, so after 2 calls we figured someone would come by or get ahold of us, that never happened. We spent the whole 10 days with no grill and listened to the smoke detector chirping all night, simple fixes but no response.

Property in need of repairs.

We contacted the property upon arrival and sent all information of broken items and items needing repair. We also informed the property that the back door leading out of the house didn’t lock. We stayed afraid for our safety in an open property. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Great Home, except....

This home was just as pictured. Everything was beautiful and we enjoyed our time. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen. We tried to clean with Clorox wipes when we got there but they alway returned. You could tell that someone tried to spray before we got there because they didn't try to wipe the dead ants away. There were a couple of stains on the carpet and chairs but I expected that from the other reviews. If you have kids that are into video games...BRING YOUR OWN. That was mainly the reason for me getting the house, but there was not video game console or even any games in the game room. There was also no Dart board and the slot machine was broken. The pool was nice and so was the jacuzzi until we realize that the water drains out at night. We tried to fill it with the hose on the first night but it took forever and ran back into the pool...which I thought was going to over flow. Glad it didn't. So if you wanted to enjoy time in the jacuzzi at night... you will have to do it with no water in it. I'm guessing its on a timer but why would it be set to drain at 8 at night. There were some cigarette buds inside the pool area and outside the door but we just left them there. Overall it was a nice house and we enjoyed the time that we did spend there after our long day.

Very little communication

I was extremely excited about this place based on the pictures. Upon arrival, things appeared great except it took forever to get into the house and the property manager was not responsive at all! The inside of the house was clean, but there is a serious ant problem. When it was time for bed, I check all the doors and windows and found out that several of the windows were broken and didn’t lock. I called maintenance and he was rude and said there’s nothing he could do. Basically, I was forced to sleep in a home with my daughters with broken windows that anyone could access. I ended up staying up the entire night because I didn’t feel secure. The next day, the windows were fixed. The property manager nor owner, responded to any texts or calls made during my stay. In order to get help I had to call VRBO customer service and file a complaint. The property listing stated that the property had a grill that you could rent for $45. I was told after booking that was false. I also attempted to get pool heat added 2 weeks before my stay and even followed up 2 days before to ensure it would be available and of course it wasn’t added. The spa was cold and didn’t hold water and the pool needs a serious clean. The patio smelled like cigarettes which was annoying. Overall, the stay was not the best but I’m sure there are worst places out there. Just be mindful that the pictures posted are obviously really old and misleading.

Some Improvements

There were a lot of sugar ants and I had to call in order to get the access code to get into the house two hours after it was time for me to check in, I also asked about late check out and never got a response, overall the house was very nice and spacious would be fabulous with some improvements.

Great house but some of the beds were not great!

The master bed was the only one that was not complained about. It took us an hour to get into the house as the access code was listed wrong on the app (in the wrong place). Other than those things, the house was great!

Perfect!

Perfect house for families. The house was clean and was as advertised. It was a perfect fit for our family. Location is good too, not too far from the parks and within driving distance from the beach. Communication with Meera was great, she is professional, friendly and answered our questions before we traveled promptly. We had an amazing vacation and created a lot of special memories for our little boys. We will be returning in the future. Thank you!

Overall the house was nice and clean. The only issue was that we arrived late and not outside lights were on and had a hard time finding the box key. House is spacious with plenty of things for the kids to do.

Great Home but needs TLC

We rented this property over the Christmas Hoildays. We had an issues getting the lockbox open to get the keys out. It is very difficult to get open. The property overall was pretty clean, but it needs some work. The carpet in the dining area had some dirty spots. The game room had cobwebs running from the light fixture to the pool table. I had been awhile since some had been in there. The pool table was difficult to use due to its placement in the room. It needs to be oriented the other way so you can use the ends of the table easier. The hot tub and pool were nice to get into after a long day of walking around the theme parks. The hot tub controls were unusual. The aeriation which is normally adjustable, was just an on and off switch. It had a timer, but I just controlled the water circulation. ALL of the mattress were HORRIBLE. The master king size was very worn out and lumpy. The children's twin size were hard and stiff. They want you to clean the dishes when you leave, but they don't provide the detergent. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty probably because of this. Clothes washing machine had mold growing around the seal. The only provide a VERY limited amount of towels and washcloths. We were four of us there for 8 days. We only had enough for 3, so we had to launder them, but they don't provide any detergent for that either. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but for what we paid to stay for that long, it should have been better.

Poor communication

The home was beautiful and looked like the pictures, the check in process was fantastic as well. However, the AC would not work the entire first day we were there and I called the number provided and left a message and had no response. Also, it rained the next day and the ENTIRE game room has a leak or foundation issues but the room was flooded and once again I called the property number and no answer.

The pictures give the property no justice. The home is absolutely Beautiful! We utilized all the amenities, no issues what so ever with anything. All the appliances, TVs, WiFi & ect. worked perfectly. Pool table was a great feature as well that we enjoyed. The pool & spa was very clean no complaints. Local grocery store “Publix” was literally right out the neighborhood. 20min drive to Disney and universal. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thank you for the memories we made in your beautiful home. Can’t wait to book our future Florida vacation with you guys.

Fabulous villa

We have just had the pleasure of staying in Meera’s home and had a fabulous time. The villa is very clean, lots of space both inside and out and a beautiful view over the golf course. The communication from booking to checking in was great and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Pictures don't do this property justice! Beautiful!

When we decided to take a family summer vacation to the Orlando area we initially searched tons of hotels before deciding to give VRBO a try but I am happy that we did. I came across this villa and it had everything we wanted and more. The pool area and indoor/outdoor patio overlooking the golf course were amazing. There was a game room with a slot machine, pool table, and television that provided another place to hang out in the evening when relaxing. We initially thought we would have to buy beach towels for swimming and were pleasantly surprised that they were provided. We also planned to buy an umbrella stroller for use while at theme parks but were able to save in that area because there were 4 stroller options in the garage. Also happy that there was a toddler bed and pack and play in the master that were available to use for our daughter. We only used the toddler bed but it was super helpful as she wasn't big enough to sleep in the Frozen themed bedroom. Our son enjoyed the LeBron James/ Cavaliers room and Disney themed bathroom. My mother in law joined us for the first two days and she was able to sleep in the guest room. The decor in the home is very tasteful and well done. An initial supply of toilet paper and paper towel is provided but there is a Publix, CVS and Wal-Mart near the home(5-10 min drive) to grab anything you may need. We had a minor issue with one of the exterior doors not locking and the issue was fixed same day eventhough it was a weekend. There are so many great things about this property. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area. It was also a short drive to theme parks and a very safe subdivision. The owners also checked on us by email upon arrival to make sure everything was fine with the check-in process. We will definitely stay here again if available when we come back to the Orlando area.

Amazing house!

We stayed at this property for 10 days. It was in a beautiful location about 20 minutes from Disney theme parks. We spent most of the time in the pool which was a perfect temperature. The house was clean and spacious. We also loved the game room! Definitely would stay here again.

We have been coming to Orlando for the past several years.

We have stayed at Highlands Reserve several times and decided that this would be the best place for us to buy our villa. Not only do you have the ease of playing golf, you have restaurants, a 24hr supermarket an English and an Irish bar to have a drink in just two minutes down the road.

Having been frequent visitors to Florida and staying at numerous villas over the years, we have tried to incorporate all of the elements that we look for when searching for a villa in our property and hope that you have a wonderful stay.
