Enjoy Necanicum River views from the spacious ground floor unit with a large living room, covered patio, and river views. Our condo is in a convenient & gated property near the ocean, downtown Seaside, and the promenade. Our property is great for couples and small families looking for a getaway to one of Oregon's most popular beaches!

PET POLICY:
Please no pets! Due to severe allergies, we maintain a pet free environment. Please make alternative arrangements for your pets and refrain from bringing them. If we discover that pets have been brought to the property, a $300 deep cleaning fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you!

Occupancy Limit:
This property is strictly 5 individuals, inclusive of adults, children, and infants. This limit must not be exceeded at any time, including with visitors. A comprehensive guest list is mandatory at the time of booking, and the primary renter must be present at check-in and for the duration of the reservation. Compliance with this policy will be monitored upon arrival and throughout the stay.

Minimum Age Requirement:
To rent this property, guests must be at least 25 years old. By confirming the booking, you attest that you meet this requirement. Please be prepared to present valid identification during check-in to verify your age.

Please know that our place offers security with an actively recording audio and video doorbell and front door camera and back patio camera for your peace of mind. "Outside of the house only"

Parking:
Maximum Vehicles is 1 (assigned parking).
No Parking Any Time for: Travel Trailers, Boats, RVs, Motor Coaches, Motor Homes, and Commercial Trucks.
