Your family and friends will delight in this immaculate, roomy home with terrific kid-friendly amenities in a residential area on the north end of Seaside. It’s easy walking to both the beach and the estuary, and there’s so much to explore! You’ll love lounging in the spacious living room with its hardwood floors, comfy sofas and TV/DVD. Dining is easy from the fully equipped kitchen/dining room with seating for 12. Outdoors a fully fenced yard will contain the kids while you soak in the hot tub; they can also catch a game of ping-pong or dual-shot basketball arcade in the garage. The clean nautical decor continues in the upstairs, which includes three bedrooms and a landing with a queen futon-sleeper. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and a spa-like bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. A second king bedroom also has a twin daybed. The large third bedroom has a Queen bed, twin bed, bunk bed with twin on top and full size on the bottom as well as lots of lively kite decor for the kids.

There is no end of outdoor activities from this home. Since the beach is 800 feet away, sandy feet will enjoy the hot-water outdoor shower. You can also access boogie boards, kites, raingear and clamming, fishing or crabbing gear from the garage. Walk to the nearby Necanicum Estuary and watch Great Blue Herons and other birds from the boardwalk and viewing deck. Ready for more? Hop in the car and all the fun activities, shopping and dining in Seaside are open to you and your guests. Time your next visit to the North Oregon Coast for some relaxation at Slack Tide!

As soon we entered this house it smelled like wet dog and they never cleaned up the dog poop in the yard. The bbq didn’t work properly without using a lighter to ignite it, the rail for the stairs was broken, so was the handle for one of the sliding door. The house itself was stocked with lots of stuff for the beach and kitchen necessities. Overall we had an ok experience just wasn’t very clean.

I apologize for the pet odor on arrival and for pet waste that wasn't removed from the yard — we are addressing this with the housekeeping team and conducting the necessary retraining. The maintenance team secured the stair railing and repaired the back door handle. They are also completing repairs on the BBQ. We truly appreciate the feedback and please know we are using it to improve.

Great house for our annual family vacation. Great amenities for humans and dogs alike. Right next to the water treatment plant but fortunately we couldn’t smell it much. Will definitely be staying here again

We were not aware that this was literally right next to a water treatment plant that ran 24/7. It was noisy and smelly. We thought we would be listening to the ocean, not mechanical noise day and night. We were charged a huge host fee that made our stay cost increase significantly much to our surprise when we got our final bill. We started cooking steaks on the BBQ, and halfway through it ran out of propane, so our dinner was ruined. No backup tank. It’s got a Very tiny backyard so don’t be fooled by the pictures. Otherwise a large well appointed house that can accommodate a large number of people, but the location is not great. So it was just OK.

Thank you for noting that the house was spacious and well equipped for a larger group. I'm sorry the nearby wastewater facility's operation disrupted your stay. It is a block away and not usually a concern to our renters, but we will absolutely consider adding more information about it on the listing. I would like to clarify that we do not issue a final bill to our renters upon check-out. The full price of the stay is advertised before booking and no additional fees are added after check out. I will speak to the housekeeping team about remembering to check the propane tank during each arrival clean, I'm truly sorry it ran out on you. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve.

The nearby beach location was far enough from the central/beaten path that we felt like we had the beach to ourselves.Kitchen was very well stocked and nicely laid out, well suited for feeding a large group.

Kitchen was the most stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen! It was a beautiful home however the cleanliness was a huge disappointment. The siding glass doors had smudges and smears all over it, the kitchen table had not been cleaned, had dried ketchup and food on it, two of the three bathrooms had hair on the sink and in the shower, the kite room the fence behind the beds is filthy has not been cleaned and I don’t know how long had spills and dirt all over it. I would’ve expected more for the price we paid for this home. When going on vacation you should never have to clean before you stay.

Great spot with close beach access.

This house comfortably fit 2 families of 4 and the hot tub was great. Dog friendly and great set up. We really enjoyed our time!
