Escape to the beach in this elegant 1-bedroom Gulf-front condo, the perfect setting for a relaxing Florida beach getaway. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed, this inviting vacation rental offers stunning beach views, comfortable accommodations, and all the conveniences of home.

The open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and beautiful views of the Gulf, making it the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. The living room also includes a double sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Recently updated laminate flooring adds a fresh and modern touch to the living area.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including gorgeous stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with plenty of seating, and a spacious dining table for enjoying home-cooked meals together.

Step outside onto the large private Gulf-front balcony and take in the breathtaking beach views, warm sea breezes, and unforgettable Florida sunsets. With plenty of seating, it is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a cocktail in the evening while listening to the waves.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, and additional sleeping options include a double sleeper sofa and a queen air mattress, making this condo a great choice for couples or small families.

Guests can also enjoy the heated beachfront pool, surrounded by a beautiful paver deck with both sunny and shaded areas. The pool area includes an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, two restrooms in the gated pool area, and a large built-in gas grill that is perfect for cooking while enjoying the surf and sunset.

We really enjoyed our stay! The host left us alot of nice amenities and the beach/ sunset views were spectacular!! The only drawback was the current construction going on at the base of the building. But, we made the best of it and would definitely return to the area!

This place was amazing! There are chairs available to rent on the beach that they put out for you and have an umbrella- I wish this was listed rather than us having to find the phone number for the people but other than that we loved this place and the location! Would stay here again

Excellent rental. Bed was comfortable and the extra amenities the host provided took it to the next level. One of the best condo’s we have ever rented. 10 out of 10 and I will try to rent this unit again in the future.

The new laundry system is excellent, but you need a smart phone to use it. Carts provided for luggage & household items!

Spent many mornings on the balcony enjoying the view. Always love walking on the beach there and appreciate seeing all the different birds. Many places to shop and eat nearby also. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and clean and there were lots of extras (beach toys, kitchen items etc) but the condo needs updating - specifically the patio doors. Part of the reason for being beachfront is the view. It was impossible to see it through the old foggy glass of the patio doors. You had to open the doors to enjoy the view (and there aren’t any screens). Appreciated the newer mattress on one of the foldouts in the LR but the other one needs replacing. Bathroom also needs updating. Also, the complex is nice but the pool is too small for the building. It says it’s heated but we were there mid May and the pool was still too cold to enjoy. Probably would not stay there again. For the price, there are better condos in the area (with two bathrooms).
