The huge balcony offers you plenty of space to sit back and enjoy the sunsets as you while away the hours! The interior has been well appointed with all the creature comforts our discerning guests have come to expect. The well-equipped kitchen flows into the spacious living and dining room with seating for 6 and very comfortable furnishings. The bedroom offers 1 King bed for a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. The Chateaux condos in Indian Shores are wonderfully located, just minutes to all of the shopping and restaurants you could desire! 30 mins to Tampa International! There is a beautiful pool right on the beach, lounge chairs, picnic tables and showers to rinse off the sand before you head back upstairs! Comes with one assigned covered parking space. Book your stay today because this property Shore Does Beat Work!!

A very comfortable condo on the beach. All the amenities. Covered parking and heated pool (great in December!) close to everything!

Ocean front … so beautiful

We enjoyed the balcony with the Amazing view of the ocean. The trolley came in handy for a ride down to Johns pass, where there is so many cute shops and good places to eat. This was by far the best place we stayed so far when we visited IRB.

Great Location and Clean, Comfortable Condo

The location of the property was great. The condo was clean, updated and comfortable. The elevator wasn’t working which made unloading and loading a little harder, but it became our workout. Would definitely recommend.

LOVED our stay!

The location was very convenient for nearby restaurants and activities, the pool was so warm our kids loved it. Being directly on the beach was so nice and never crowded. The inside of the unit was very clean, and a great set up for a family with two adults and two kids (toddler/infant). The carpet was nice to have with a baby. Our favorite place in Florida now. We definitely plan to come back!

Great time

My husband and I loved the easy access to the beach from our room! Condo is Perfect for a couple or small family. The agency was super helpful and accommodating. There were beach supply’s on the balcony which was amazing for us as we flew in and weren’t able to bring our own. Would definitely recommend.

Great place, awesome view well equipped. We enjoyed our stay at Indian Shores

We loved our six days at the beach. It was awesome. The condo was great. Could use some new pans. All the tough one has been worn off so everything was sticky. Didn’t stop us from having a great time.

Loved our getaway!

This spot was perfect! Condo was so cute and clean. Had everything we needed. Walked to get coffee every morning. Walked to dinner. Had all the things you needed to set up at the beach. The host was so sweet and handled everything smoothly (details to a T!). Super quiet spot but you could still drive into Clearwater for some shopping. We really enjoyed every minute of this vacation and would LOVE to stay here again.

Our Family experience was absolutely incredible! Truly the best Family vacation Ever!! Everything about this condo was outstanding! There truly is nothing bad to say about any of it! Communication was on point the condo was absolutely amazing and that view my gosh couldn’t ask for anything more perfect! We are absolutely so grateful and made so many wonderful memories that will live with us forever! My husband and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and we truly won’t forget it! It was our sons first time and he love everything about it too! The beach was Devine and so was the pool!! The view/balcony was one of my favorite spots to sit In the morning drinking my coffee and the last before I went to bed! My Family and I will for sure be coming back! We are so beyond grateful!! Best Vacay Ever!!

Beautiful view

Beautiful view of ocean from balcony. Overall everything was good. The stive needs cleaned or updated. The shower had black stuff come out upon using the first time. The elevator was out.

Couldn't get a much better view of the beach

This unit was very well stocked. Beach chairs, towels and beach toys for kids available. You have to be aware that the elevator DOES NOT WORK. This is why I'm not giving a 5 star rating. This is a second floor unit but ground floor is parking so it's 3 flights of stairs up carrying all your "stuff" and 3 flights down every time you go out. We were aware and were okay but any higher up would probably have been an issue. This is not a public access beach so not real crowded. Crabby Bills about 2 miles down the road is excellent for seafood and music every evening. French pastry place a few blocks away...really good for breakfast.

Great Condo on the beach!

Me, my wife and 12 yr old son loved our experience! You can sit in the no living room and see the ocean! Every night the sunsets from our balcony were unbelievable. All the items you need for the beach are available, everything to cook with and just experience home away from home. Putt putt across the street, some restaurants and convenience stores walkable but tons of options with a short drive. Very quiet complex, seemed like noone was around done days and this was in July. Only issue was elevator was down the whole trip, luckily we could handle 3 flights of stairs. If you are handicapped or unable to climb stairs check in stays on the only elevator they gave. We recommend this condo and this town.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo unit was fantastic. Check in was a breeze with the keyless entry and very convenient. The unit was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the linens were very nice. Beach towels were provided. The balcony had great high sitting chairs to look over the railing. Laundry room on the first floor was app operated; no quarters required. We do not rent a car but use the trolley along with the app bus pass. We get groceries delivered. We had a wonderful 2 weeks. The weather could not have been better. The view from the balcony cannot be beat. We are looking forward to next year. Check out was just as easy as check in. We love Indian Shores.

Left the condo feeling a lot better about Indian Rocks Beach.Prior renters leaving chairs/umbrellas/suntan lotion etc.No unexpected additional fees at check-in.Responsiveness of management company. Cons:Blender only pulses.Down elevator (noted on website). Couldn't imagine hauling items up and down the highest floors.No in-unit washer/dryer (available on the first floor with card payment).Queen beds seemed fine prior to staying, but challenging coming from using a king bed normally. Seemed a bit cheap to provide only one large trash bag for the kitchen area (we used multiple grocery store bags). Check dishes before using...a number of them were still dirty.

Reviewer Comments: My sister & I have stayed at the same hotel in Redington Shores for a decade but decided it was time to upgrade to this 1-br condo (for less $) and we're so glad we did.Everything was very clean & comfortable & we loved having a Gulf-front balcony to enjoy sunsets from.The kitchen was well supplied; beach towels were provided; we weren't in need of anything.If you stay & are looking for morning coffee, be sure to check out Indian Shores Coffe, an easy walk just a few blocks south. Delicious coffee & blended drinks, muffins, croissants, etc. There's likely to be a line, but it'll be worth the wait.There are several cabanas & umbrella chairs you can rent on the beach outside the building for $35/day. Reps usually come by mid-morning. We reserved for 4 days upfront & got a bit of a discount. But they take only cash or check.

The beds were comfy and had plenty of space for a family of four. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed the comfortable patio furniture. The negatives were the mold in the bathroom tub and shower curtain, and the dishwasher literally does nothing to clean the dishes. We also washed the bath towels because they smelled like cigarette smoke. The positives made up for the negatives for sure. We had a wonderful trip, the restaurants were close by and delicious. The town had a great family friendly vibe.
