We sincerely apologize for the repeated A/C problems. While we’re glad our maintenance technician was able to respond quickly the first night, we understand how frustrating it was to experience another issue the following evening. We also appreciate you bringing the condition of the rugs and upholstered furniture, the temporary refrigerator placement, uncomfortable mattress, and the discoloration you observed on the ceiling to our attention. These concerns are important, particularly those involving the A/C and ceiling, and we will make sure they are reviewed by our maintenance team and communicated to the property owner. We understand that some items may require replacement or updating rather than routine cleaning or maintenance.
