Mega Yachts to sailing boats anchored off Stocking Island. We have several pristine beaches. For boating enthusiasts a full-service marina can accommodate up to 38 boats. Charters available at our dock for snorkeling trips, island visits, off shore fishing, reef and bone fishing, scuba diving available in small group escorted trips, on site private PADI dive centre.

Dining: Enjoy the superb island cuisine prepared by Chef at the oceanfront Coral Bistro. Come to cozy bar and join in lively conversations. We loved our stay. House was spacious with stunning views. We loved the neighborhood! Easy walk to the beach, marina and club for dinner. Owner was very helpful navigating the check in and transportation from the airport. It was a perfect place To spend our Christmas vacation with our family of four.

The view from the top floor balcony is amazing! House was very well furnished and stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed. Layout of the home is perfect for a family or 3 couples as all rooms have on suite baths. Rusty Anchor restaurant and bar in the neighborhood is great! There is a large pool there also at the beach club.

The host and property manager were very responsive and kind. The property was well-maintained and clean with an amazing location and view. It was also a great value and priced comparably to other properties. The wifi was fast.

"Enchanted" is what this property is known as & we couldn't have loved our stay here anymore!! 3 couples, 6 days, we loved the diversity of having an amazing kitchen to cook in, plus Rusty Anchor restaurant on-site for a beautiful evening dinner w/ spectacular views, the gated community was a nice area for a morning walk & the location was perfect for getting to all the other areas of the island & things to do. The home is large & spacious (love the decor) & we enjoyed the plunge pool, large balconies, and washer & dryer. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay in Exuma!

We had a wonderful stay at the Enchanted Villa. The house was perfect for our family and the views were amazing. Also loved the location in February Point, we enjoyed the on site Restuarant and beach club for days we didn’t want to adventure out.

Enchanted Indeed

From start to finish the communication was easy and replies were quick - everything needed is there and more - a beautifully located property and the onsite amenities at the “resort” portion are terrific. We had a lovely stay and hope to return.

Beautiful Villa

Enchanted Villa was truly enchanting. The upstairs master suite is stunning, and the two bedrooms on the bottom floor are both roomy and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and there are televisions in the main living room and in all bedrooms. All of the bedrooms open up to a porch—a shared wrap-around porch for the bottom rooms and a private porch for the master suite—and the views are just beautiful. The February Point clubhouse is short walk down the road, and you can enjoy the infinity pool, restaurant, bar, etc. the community is well guarded and everyone is super friendly. Great place for a family vacation. Well worth the price.

What a fabulous location- stunning views. However, be prepared to stock with a lot of your own items and do a little cleaning. Otherwise, plenty of room for everyone.

The home is awesome had everything you needed. Couple of normal mishaps but overall fantastic. Some beach chairs and umbrella would be great for the beach next door. My flight delayed and owner was very attentive. Thank you

First trip and we will be back!

This house is great! Just a block back from the water, up on a hill so you have beautiful views of the water. Easy walk around the community. Beach club pool and restaurant are great to have on site. Played pickleball a couple of days. Rented a boat a couple days which was great to go hangout on the beaches and sandbars. Love the house- our one and only recommendation would be it would be great if there were some beach chairs tucked on the patio that we could take with us on those days.

Nice house with amazing view!

Located in the wonderful gated community of February Point! House is nice. Needs a few things worked on, but nothing that will hinder your stay on Exuma and looking at the windex colored water. Owner and property management was easy to work with and quick to answer questions. Remember to pack some garbage bags, paper towels, and laundry pods. The house does not come with extras of these things.

Great stay @ Enchanted Villa

Very pretty 3 bedroom house with cute pool cottage and small plunge pool. Nice views from the kitchen and master bedroom covered decks. Convenient location to Georgetown. The gated community was safe for walking and running and had with a community pool/small beach area. Restaurant on property was good - fitness center was small and not well-kept. Check-in, gate keepers, and maintenance people were friendly and responsive. Owner had great communication. Would recommend!

We love this property!

We had the best time in Exuma with our family at Enchanted Villa! This is an exceptional property and was very comfortable for 2 sets of 50 something parents and 20 something kids. The road is rough getting up to the villa but well worth it (the roads all over the island are very rough with potholes). On any of the balconies of this house, there are spectacular views of the beautiful water! Plus, you are able to walk down the road to the beach in February Point (just past the Volleyball net). It is a perfectly calm beach if you don't want to venture outside of the property gates. As an added bonus, there is a dipping pool that is included in the rental! We would, without question, rent this lovely villa again!

Great home on a beautiful island

Exuma is still undiscovered, but not for long. The beaches are stunning, the people are lovely, and there is still a feeling of adventure as you drive from Great Exuma to Little Exuma across a one lane bridge. February Point, and this home, are an oasis of sophistication and luxury amidst the island flavor that is Exuma. Obi made our stay a masterpiece of quiet moments, great food, adventurous boat trips, and the house is just flawless. There are large porches everywhere, beautiful views, great internet, and it's an easy stroll to a private beach and to the clubhouse where there is a nice restaurant, pool and spa. I have been all over the Caribbean, but this is my favorite place yet. Special thanks to the owners for being so organized and helpful. Loved it.

Home sweet Home

We stayed for four nights after vacationing with friends in a nearby marina.This property is stunning and very well kept. The location is excellent with spectacular views from the three verandas.The house is located very close to the water has its own dip pool and is only a two minute stroll to two large pools and a restaurant. The house is beautifully decorated and makes you feel like you are at home. There was not one thing that you would need to add to the kitchen which was well equipped. Cherie was so helpful and friendly. February Point is a controlled property with tennis courts and fitness centre. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful house to rent!!

The views from the various decks on the house are fantastic. Layout is very spacious and comfortable. Each of the three bedrooms had their own bathroom. Large kitchen with modern appliances. Very short walk down to the beach. Located in a very safe and beautiful gated community. Our group of 6 adults had a great time and enjoyed scuba diving, boating, relaxing, and soaking in lots of sun. Everyone in February Point and George Town were very friendly and helpful. The grocery store in George Town had everything we needed to cook. Plus the liquor store was right next to the grocery store. We certainly recommend this house to anyone. It was perfect!

Fantastic!

Just returned from another amazing vacation in Exuma. We had stayed in February Point before but this was our first time at this specific property. Initially I had reservations that it was not directly on the water but once you see the view it is truly captivating. The home is about a block and half from the beach a top a small hill. The position on the hill provides the most amazing 180 degree view of the island and water. The home itself is spectacular with beautiful furnishings and all the comforts of home while in a truly gorgeous location in the out islands. The owner was very responsive to any issues and takes absolute care of the property. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for extraordinary accommodations in a beautiful destination. We look forward to returning soon.

Always a Good Time

The February Point location on Great Exuma cannot be beat. Our choice of villa this trip, Enchanted, was perfect for us. We are return visitors to February Point and have stayed in many different properties. We chose Enchanted based on its location up on a hill with a stunning view of the harbour. The view does comes with a steep price of stairs inside the villa, so be cautioned if you plan to travel with anyone who has trouble doing them that this might not be the right place for you. Otherwise the property was clean and well stocked. Cold AC and fast WIFI. The master bedroom on the very top level gives incredible privacy. Our 2 teens loved their own rooms and bathrooms on the lowest level with direct pool access. Property management and owner were very responsive to any questions and super helpful. We would rent this property again for sure.

Amazing House on an Amazing Island

We could not have asked for more! Enchanted is even better than the pictures. We stayed at the villa for 7 days with our 2 year old son. The villa comes with everything you could need, and we took full advantage of the upgraded appliances and cooking supplies and ate breakfast and several dinners at the house. The view is amazing, and the balconies provide ample viewing angles to watch sunset, sunrise and monitor the many boats in the Harbour. The beach at February Point is a little rocky, but the water is the calmest we found on the island. The bathrooms are beautiful, all equipped with Kohler fixtures and beautiful tile work. The restaurant at the Point was closed, and we did not use the community pool, but were so happy with our villa we didn't care about any of the other resort amenities. We booked directly with the owner Cherie, and she was very helpful with providing recommendations for our first visit to Exuma. We cannot wait to return.

it was good overall

Beautiful view. Just a few minor things the owner could do to make it perfect. Master bedroom air conditioning blows directly on the bed which is uncomfortable. I think a good carpenter could fix shower door and toilet room door so they don't hit the ceiling. It is very difficult to get in and out of the shower because the door does not work right. One of the shelves in the corner kitchen cabinet collapsed. I think it was just overloaded. It was never fixed before we left. Other than that, I would still give it a good rating.
