We have been working hard on the home this Winter! And we have remodelled the home inside and out!

Inside the house you'll find new beds, new appliances, new furniture and furnishings, a new games room, new linens, this home has been lovingly designed and is now ready just for you!

It doesn't stop inside the home, outside on our stunning south facing pool deck, you will find a brand new pool, with LED lighting and a new range of loungers and furniture! For when you want to catch the game outside, we've put a TV up too!

This pool area is sheer luxury and complimented with our new gas pool heater for those cooler months, is one of the best pool decks you will see! We value your privacy, so now have a large hedge growing to make the area more private for you!

The home is situated on the prestigious community of Watersong, Davenport and is now available to you via VRBO!

Living
We love open plan living!

Our large living area features a large seating area with a tiled floor, there is a large wall mounted TV for you to enjoy some sports or a movie!

The large patio doors lead out on to the stunning South Facing Pool Deck.

As well as being air conditioned throughout, we have a large ceiling fan situated in the living room to help keep things cool!

Kitchen
Situated in the open plan living area you will find our Kitchen, we have invested heavily in our kitchen and can boast the latest Samsung Appliances.

We have enough iron and silverware for a family of eight and everything that you will need to make a great meal!

There is a large sink with waste disposal.

A Tiled floor runs throughout the living area.

Dining
Finally the last piece of our open plan is our family dining area, we have a large dining set which is capable of fitting all of your family for the ultimate family feast!

Again all of your crockery, linens and silverware are provided!

Bedrooms
4 bedrooms, sleeps 8.

Our master bedroom was redecorated and refurbished in the Winter of 2024, it features a new King Size bed, New Furniture and a New Large TV. This room overlooks the pool and you have direct pool access from the ensuite bathroom, a ceiling fan completes this room. There is also a walk-in wardrobe and full en-suite bathroom.

The second master has a queen-size bed, ROKU streaming TV, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe and full en-suite bathroom. All bedroom linens have been renewed and again, this room has been fully redecorated, this room is towards the rear of the home.

Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed and is situated to the front of the home, with ample storage, a walk in closet, ROKU Streaming TV and shares a bathroom with the twin room.

Bedroom Four has 2 twin beds and is in a Disney Theme. There is ample storage in the room, and a ROKU streaming TV, this bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom.

All bed linens are provided for your stay!

Bathrooms

The Master Ensuite features a vanity, WC and shower, this ensuite has direct access to the pool area.

The Second Ensuite features a vanity, shower/bath combo, WC and serves the second queen suite.

Bathroom Three is situated between the Front Queen and Twin rooms, featuring a shower, WC and Vanity.

All towels are provided throughout your stay.

To get you started at the beginning of your stay, each bathroom will be equipped with hand soap and loo roll.

Games Room
We have transformed our garage in to a utility area and Games Room!

Featuring washing and drying facilities along with a new pool and foosball table.

Pool
We have fully refurbished our pool in January 2024!

Our stunning south facing pool has a wonderful tile effect, super smooth finish and LED Lighting for when you need to cool off after a hot day in the parks!

We also have a new gas heater which can provide heat to the water (Seasonal only - recommended November - April, the cost is $45 per night). A BBQ can also be hired at $20 per night.

The pool is protected from the home by a safety fence.

The Pool Deck has also been rejuvenated and now features new paint work to complement the pool and brand new, modern furnishings, there is a large TV situated beneath our large lanai which is fitted with a large cooling fan to help you cool off.

Outside
Our South Facing Pool faces on to Conservation, we have lawns to the sides and rear of the home and hedges to both sides of the pool deck,

The home is situated roughly a ten minute walk from Watersong's Clubhouse which features, Tennis, Volleyball, fitness room and a large swimming pool, these are all free to use for all of our guests.

Garage
We have space for two standard vehicles outside of the home (no large trucks, mini vans or commercial vehicles).

Internet
We have superfast wifi within the home provided by Spectrum.

Wifi is provided to our guests free of charge via the passwords which are displayed within the home and information folder.

All Streaming TVs within the home have a Spectrum app, cable TV is available on all TVs both within the home and outside on the Lanai.

The Area!

The great thing about staying in one of our Watersong Villa is the 6,700sq ft clubhouse which is open to all guests and features a cyber cafe, fitness centre, volleyball court, kids play area and large resort style pool and hot tub.

There is a now a Publix supermarket at Loughman Crossing and two gas stations located on the juction of HWY54 / HWY1792. There are also a few food options from Burger King and Hungry Howies as well as an Asian restaurent called Lins Asian Bistro which serves Japanese, Chinese & Thai mains, along with sides, starters & drinks.

If you are looking for more restaurant options then Champions Gate is your best option which is 6 miles away. Just drive up HWY54 for about 5 miles and then turn right to Champions Gate. Here you have about 10 different restaurants to choose from.
