Beautiful remodel condo. Excellent in every way. Grand view from balcony, wonderful bed, fully stocked kitchen cook wear, and helpful host that made our stay GREAT! We have been coming to Amelia Surf and Racquet Club for thirty-five years and rented many of the condos. This was the BEST. Highly recommend and looking forward to renting again.

Everything was excellent. The space was perfect for 2 of us, the bed was comfortable, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook, the balcony was excellent to view the morning sunrise and view the beach. The host had beach chairs and towels to use during our stay. Check in was easy and check out was easy. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Absolutely beautiful condo! The view was lovely, and the bed was super comfortable. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay. It was super easy to access the gate to the property, and also, the condo itself. Suzannah was an amazing host!

We had a wonderful time and the condo was beautiful. We arrived late to a light left on for us and other sweet and thoughtful touches. The view is perfect! The covered porch protected us from the cold wind so we could still enjoy the beach from afar. There's plenty of parking and the gate app was super easy. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space!

I had actually scheduled the windows to be cleaned prior to your arrival, but unfortunately the vendor was unable to complete the service prior to your arrival. The view from both the bedroom and main living area was amazing. Lighting inside all rooms in the condo provide plenty of options for any ambience. Window shades were awesome for controlling both light and privacy. The owners obviously worked hard to make this stay a pleasure. We felt as at home as you can on vacation and wanted for nothing. If we owned a rental, this is how we would do it!

A great weekend trip to one of our favorite places. We’ve stayed here many times. But first time in this unit. It was clean and in great shape. The view is amazing! Would stay here again and again.

We had a wonderful and satisfying stay at the condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Loved our stay

This was a perfect choice for the two of us. The host provided all necessities needed to include beach towels and chairs. The location is very close to the Historic American Beach and A.L.Lewis Museum. We look forward to planning another stay in the future.

Long Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island. The property was nicely renovated with direct access to the beach and pool. We enjoyed the walking/biking paths accessible directly across the street. Will definitely be back.

Sweet little paradise

Our stay was more than perfect. Suzannah was very informative and quick to respond if I had a question. We had a little issue and she was right on it to get it resolved quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Getaway!

While I was in Amelia Island for a work conference, staying here made the four days feel like a true getaway. The conference hotel was just a short uber trip each day. The location and views are amazing. Stay here, go for walks at sunrise on the mostly empty beach and truly enjoy a peaceful vacation away (even if you’re there to work).
