This building is undergoing exterior renovation, including concrete and stucco repair, balcony waterproofing, guardrail replacement, and stairwell work. This is an active construction project, not routine maintenance.
If work is scheduled on your section of the building during your stay, your balcony will be closed off and the sliding glass door may be boarded shut for the duration. You should expect ongoing construction noise throughout the day, dust and debris in common areas, contractor crews on-site during daytime hours, and limited parking due to equipment and staging. The exact work schedule can shift day to day and is outside our control.
Because this rate already reflects a construction discount, no further discounts, credits, or compensation will be provided for construction-related disruption during your stay. If a quiet, uninterrupted outdoor space is important for your trip, we'd encourage you to consider a different property or a later travel date.

The full kitchen allows you to cook inhouse when deciding to skip eating out to enjoy friends or family time around the dining table set for 4 with ocean views! Enjoy the private balcony from either the living area or bedroom. The large picture window in the living room, which provides front-row viewing of sunrises & ocean waves, can be enjoyed by all in the wide-open space of your living room with a pull-out sofa and flat-screen TV. Full size washer/dryer, WIFI, and full bathroom with tub/shower combo provides everything you'll need for a perfect beach vacation!

In addition to the shaded private balcony guests can take full advantage of the two beautiful oceanfront pools, four clay tennis courts and direct access to the pristine beaches of Amelia Island.

After booking, VayKLife will reach out directly with all the details, credit amount, and instructions for reserving your gear. This credit applies to current calendar year bookings only. To ensure gear is ready for your first day, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM the day before your arrival. Orders placed after this cutoff cannot be guaranteed for next-day delivery, and same-day delivery is not available.
