Stay where the stars stayed! For years many broadway stars stayed in this home while they were in town appearing at the Cape Playhouse.

Classic Cape home in a great location. Main house has 4 bedrooms (two-up, two-down) and 2 full baths. Attached apartment/in-law suite has additional bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and family room with pull-out couch.

Located within a 1/2 mile of Corporation Beach and 2 miles of Mayflower Beach. Great beaches for children!! Also walk to Village of Dennis for shopping, dining, ice cream and the Cape Playhouse.

Home sleeps 12 adults comfortably. Central air added to main house in 2023. Spacious 3 season porch opens to rear deck and private back yard.

Amenities include gas grill, washer/dryer and wireless internet.

Great house walkable to beach

The house had amazing living space for a multi generation family vacation. We loved walking to the beach and had fun family game nights on the enclosed patio. Would definitely rent here again!

Perfection

This was the perfect place for our needs hosting a small gathering of family and friends. We were walking distance from the beach. And the house was so spacious!

Great for many families

Stayed with our adult children and their families great to have the in-law house for the family with small children ! Worked perfect for multi generations . Large kitchen to prepare meals and gather . Plenty of space to spread out too . Highly recommend this property ! Plenty of beach stuff in shed. Pictures online do not do this justice!

Love this location

We had 2 families so 4 adults and 8 kids ranging from 8-19 years. Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to beach - if you have a lot of beach supplies would recommend someone dropping off and walking back. Nice walk to Dennis village for dinner, ice cream, public market. Loved that the house had a few different spaces for groups to hang out - living room, tv room, porch, and deck. We all slept really well. The week we were there the weather was high 70s- low 80s and the house always felt cool since it’s a shaded lot. Would definitely rent this property again!

Wonderful Home!!!!

Our stay at 38 Elm Street was great! The house was clean, comforting, and fully stocked with all the amenities you can think of. Kevin was great with all the questions we had during our stay at the Cape. The home is close to the beach and plenty of restaurants in the area. We highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking to stay in a big home with a big family. We defnitely will be back.

Excellent indoor and outdoor seating capacity. Well kept property. Convenient to bayside beach and all parts of the Cape.

Quaint New England Charm

Wonderful spot in Dennis about 10 minutes walk from the beach. Large outdoor deck and indoor screened porch made it easy to accommodate a group rain or shine. In-law apartment was perfect for a family with a new baby. A classic Cape house look and feel. Don’t forget to bring your own linens!

Great stay

The family and I really enjoyed our stay at Dennis. The property was spacious and clean. Having a little one, we also appreciated the granny flat, as it gave us and the rest family a reprieve from a couple of her sleepless nights. Corporation beach is only a 10 minute walk and is a nice beach. We would definitely book this place again.

Perfect for multi-generational family

We came with our married children and grandchildren. House is large with enough space that the families never felt crowded. Great location (walk to Corporation Beach and Princess Lake). Highly recommend.

Great For All Ages

This home was absolutely perfect for my family, accommodating a group that ranges from 2 years old to 88 years young! We absolutely loved the porch and spent most of our time out there, when we weren’t at the beach. We would highly recommend this rental and can’t wait to return!

Great place!

Kevin's place was just perfect for a big family gathering. There was a ton of space - plenty for us to spread out. The in-law apartment was great for a couple of teenagers who wanted a little time away from the parents. The enormous porch was wonderful, especially on a rainy day. About a ten-minute walk to the beach. Huge yard and a shed stocked with tons of beach toys (even a cart to take it down with). Highly recommend this place.

Fabulous family vacation spot

We had a phenomenal family vacation in Dennis. After not seeing extended family during the pandemic, we all gathered for our reunion vacation. The house was perfect to host all nine of us, including three small kids. We walked every single day to corporation beach (.5 miles away) which was ideal for young children. With the kids asleep upstairs, the adults were able to have dinner every night in the screened in porch area without worrying about waking anyone up. We grilled in the backyard and used all the complementary beach chairs and carts as we caravans down to the water. The neighborhood was pristine and I enjoyed running with my sister along the beautiful streets with manicured yards. I had one question during my stay and the owner was extremely responsive. I would absolutely come again!

Great location, outdoor space, communication

This house sits on a quiet corner lot which despite being a corner lot affords lots of privacy both in front and back. The main house is older but clean and comfortable. The location is really great, being within walking distance of beaches. They also have bikes available (although recommend driving them to the parking lots for the main biking trail since the roads to get there are quite busy) and good for riding to the beach or locally. The outdoor area is quiet, secluded, lots of seating and the large screened in patio offers sanctuary from bugs while enjoying the weather. The house is close to a great restaurant, The Pheasant, as well as other stores for groceries, breakfast (Grumpys), seafood (Sesuit Harbor Cafe) etc. Property manager is extremely communicative even though I emailed late at night and he allowed us to check out later which we appreciated. Be advised you will have to bring your own linens and towels (which for us turned out to be two carry ons worth of additional baggage), toilet paper, and paper towels. The in law suite is older than the rest of the house and not as pleasant. It was musty when we arrived and we tried to air it out but it always retained a smell. But otherwise we had a great Time despite the weather.

Couldn’t have been better! PERFECT!!

A great location, with a private yard and deck. The sunroom/porch is spacious with plenty of seating. The house has great character with a perfect layout with lots of room. My friends rent down the Cape regularly and were extremely impressed with the house, yard and location...in fact they were online looking to book it for next year. Kevin the owner was vey obliging, easy to connect with and was all about making our stay enjoyable, thank you Kevin. I would definitely rent again!!
