Wedding Bliss Weekend

We stayed for our wedding weekend. Perfect accommodations for our grown children and us to relax, enjoy and celebrate our special occasion. We rented this home for a long weekend on Cape Cod while celebrating a family wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldnā€™t have been more convenient ā€” close to popular restaurants and just a short drive to beautiful beaches. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. It was also the ideal setup for entertaining our family, with plenty of comfortable space to gather and enjoy time together. We couldnā€™t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

Fabulous home with room to play

This is a great house and we really enjoyed our stay. We had four kids there between the ages of 7 and 5 and they loved the air hockey table in the basement and the room to play outside. The house is simple, clean and safe. We would stay here again!

Everything about the property was accurate and just what we were looking for. Easily accommodated our 5 adults and one infant. We were close to beaches on the ocean side of the cape. And restaurants and other places were a quick trip in the car. Ice cream is within walking distance for that late night treat! The owner was quick to respond to our one question! Never had to interact again because there was no reason to! I would definitely go back!! 5 star!!

This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and has a well-stocked kitchen. The host also stocked preliminary house items: napkins, TP, paper towels, etc. as well as providing a welcome package of bottled water, large bags of potato chips and two bottles of wine! We thoroughly enjoyed walks which feature views of the Bass River and access to Smuggler's Beach. West Dennis Beach is just across the Bass River. Our favorite amenity, by far however, was the four rocking chairs on the front porch, where we enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon glasses of wine. Our host was easily accessible and extremely prompt with any follow up. We highly recommend this property and host.

Returning Guests for a Reason

We loved this place last year and came back this year. Some minor improvements made it even better. The upstairs couch continues to be so comfortable. The neighborhood is great. Very generous and thoughtful host.

Great House in Great Location

Newer house in a nice location. It is gelrear to sit on the front porch. Very nice and gracious host. It worked very well for our needs. There are two areas to hang out.

Fantastic in all ways!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this experience. The host was awesome. They provided everything we needed and then some. We had a late flight so we didnā€™t get there till after 1:00 AM and we had some of our favorite cold beverages waiting along with two bags of ice. The house is so clean and is in an absolute perfect location. The air-conditioning was awesome! The natural light coming in through all the windows along with the awesome kitchen island made it a perfect experience, especially to work on my laptop. Definitely worth the price!

Clean, quiet, spacious. Great location with beach and restaurants within a quick drive. Only real issue was the sleeping accommodations. The window treatments are fine for privacy but donā€™t block light at all - and it gets extremely bright in the bedrooms when the sun comes up. We didnā€™t think the mattresses were comfortable but that could just be our own preference. For what we were paying this was a disappointment. Definitely missed some hours of shuteye.

Beautiful house and neighborhood. Homeowner was easy to contact. Description of house was accurate and had everything you needed for cooking, beach and fun. Game room in basement was great. Quiet neighborhood and pleasant walk to Bass River and ocean. Thank you Christina for the wine and snacks. Would definitely stay here next year! šŸ˜Š

Awesome Property

We highly recommend this property. The home was clean, comfortable, & within close proximity to the local beaches. Our host, Christina, was very easy to contact & even had a welcome gift of Cape Cod chips, wine, & a welcome note for us in the kitchen. My teens loved the basement because it had a lot of fun games for them to play & the home is stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, & beach games. We loved our stay & would definitely stay again. I highly recommend.

Great family home!

We spent 6 days at this home and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The home is well stocked with everything you can imagine. The beds are comfy and everything is like new. Thank you for the treats, our grandchildren loved the surprise. They also enjoyed the games, air hockey and ping pong along with outdoor fun. I highly recommend this place. Great House in Beautiful Neighborhood

This house was perfect for or family of five. It was comfortable and well stocked. The location was ideal, close to beaches and many restaurants. The neighborhood is beautiful, very walkable. During our time at the house, we enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch or around the fire pit in the backyard. Our girls enjoyed the sitting area on the second floor near their bedrooms. The basement contained games and beach gear. Our host, Christina, was wonderful, quick to respond to any inquiries. We would definitely recommend the house! We hope to be able to return in the future.

Bass River home

The house was very clean and warm, and we were very comfortable during our stay. I have some suggestions: 1. For anyone with mobility issues, a ramp would be useful. More importantly, grab bars in the walk-in shower would provide a sense of security for those in their 70ā€™s. 2. Iā€™m not sure we ever mastered the light switches. Labels woul be useful.

Family reunion at The Cape

We were lucky enough to find this gem a few blocks away from my brothers house for a family reunion hosted at his place on the water. It was perfect for our family coming in from all areas at different times. Christine was an incredible host and available before during and after for anything we needed and made our stay as perfect as can be. The house is gorgeous in every way and my brother being an architect himself walked up and was impressed with it as well. The basement was fun to play ping pong fuss ball and video games as well as air hockey. We cooked and told stories one night when not on the boat at my brothers. The couch upstairs was the most comfy couch ever for just relaxing and telling stories. Yard was great for corn hole and sitting around. We walked every morning and met many other walkers in this friendly neighborhood. We had everything and more for a wonderful time. You will be glad you booked this beautiful house. We will be back. Thanks so much for a great time!

South Yarmouth Stay

This house was a total delight. Built in 2021 so everything is new. Well stocked with everything you would need. VERY quiet neighborhood literally one house away from the Bass River. This was our first time to this area of the Cape and it was pleasantly accessible to so many things. Highly recommend!
