We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached. - Large private deck with brand new patio furniture with lots of seating room. - Our house features 3 full bathrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom attached to the master bedroom, 1 large bathroom in the main area, one bathroom downstairs - Only a 7-10 minute drive to Edmonton's world famous - West Edmonton Mall. - Beautifully decorated space with modern furnishings and bright ambiance. - Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad. - Secure garage parking and TONS of available street parking. - Lightening fast WiFi on our large 55" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix. - Located close to The University of Alberta and UofA/Stollery Children's Hospital are only 10 min away! -Our home is pet friendly and we only charge $30/pet/night. What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: -Our home is a Bi level multi-family property which has a basement suite which also have short term guests living in them. These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and no space is shared between the units. However, there is a possibility that the other suite guests may have pets.
Our house comfortably sleeps 11 guests with 3 queen size beds upstairs, and a king size bed on the lower level, a sofa bed is also available in the second living room on the lower level and a large double high queen air mattress you can set up in the spacious living room - All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
Guest access You have full and total access of our home during your stay, including the garage located the back (west) side of the home. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Mayfield Common - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!
Other things to note ✦ Please note✦ - Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- The air conditioning system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months.
- The patio and backyard have been winterized for the winter season and are currently unavailable until the spring season
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.
Rates for Pet Fees per Pet: Nightly Rate: $30/night per pet Weekly Rate: $150/week per pet Monthly Rate: $300/month per pet *Please note the pet fee charges are not included in our advertised pricing and are charged separately after the booking is confirmed. This must be arranged and paid prior to arrival. Please inform us when you book if you are bringing pets as it needs approval first by the property owner.
PET RULES *Pets are not allowed on the beds under any circumstances *Please clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture where possible. A $75 clean up fee may be applied if pet droppings are left in the yard or in the property. *Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when in the backyard. This area is a shared space, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful environment for everyone.

- All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) taxes for a total of 11%.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. A garage opener for the garage out back behind the house will be located in the home on the kitchen counter.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

This place is absolutely amazing! Seamless check in great communication, comfortable beds, close to everything that you would want to do in Edmonton from West Ed Mall to the famous Tiramisu bakery. We loved that they were pots and pans to make food with most places we stay don’t have this level of detail to the properties. This place was above and beyond what we were expecting and we will definitely be back every time we visit Edmonton. Thanks again for everything.

Excellent experience!
The house is magnificent! We would definitely return for another stay. The hosts provided absolutely everything we could ever need, from coffee to laundry detergent. The process was simple and convenient and the house is only a short distance from the West Edmonton Mall, which was a huge bonus. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

In all the years I've been a VRBO customer I've never had such an encumbered check in. There was a pre-arrival verification and deposit to be done two days prior to our arrival but I did not receive the information until the day of check-in. This was extremely stressful and challenging for 4 seniors at 11 o'clock at night. The house was clean but is not an "executive home" as per the description on the site
