Property is newly renovated, new central air/heat system, new furniture and smart tvs in every room. Guest house equipped with full kitchen/ living room and bedroom with king size bed, and spacious deck with patio furniture and grill. Very spacious and private setting . Main house has one queen bedroom with private bathroom and jacuzzi, three guest rooms each have 2 full sized beds, one room has bunkbed with pullout trundle. House is set back off main road fully fenced in yard and very secluded. Big well landscaped property for guests to enjoy . Hammock in backyard for guests to relax on!
Make your stay more memorable with Mirror Photo Booth available for guests , with instructions how to use. Guest station in house will have menus for local restaurants, ferry schedules to visit Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, and other attractions available like Falmouth fireworks. Pool and patio area will be fully furnished, smokeless fire pit, Weber grill, blackstone grill and propane tanks will be available, each guest is responsible for filling propane tanks. Two propane heaters available for patio area. Floats and accessories for pool and patio area.
Sonos surround sound inside house and on back deck for entertainment!! All adult guests are required to provide full names on the booking before arrival, this is done by going to trips, manage guests, and enter names of additional guests, only registered guests will be allowed to stay on property. All cars parking on property must be disclosed prior to arrival, no extra cars are to be parked on property overnight. No glass bottles in POOL please!! Photo Booth will be available and set up for any guests that want it. Booth will be setup and instructions to use upon arrival.
Pool area should be kept clean and no sharp objects in pool, children should wear flotation devices and be accompanied by responsible adult . Sauna for adults 18 years of age or older, no children in sauna. Use pool or sauna at your own risk, guests responsible for any damage owner not liable for any injuries incurred during rental period. Any adults using alcoholic beverages on premises will be at their own risk, must be 21 years of age or older if drinking. No use of any illegal substances on property. Basketball court available to use at own risk. Absolutely no PARTIES and QUIET HOURS must be respected! The maximum amount of guests is 10, you may request additional guests and upon approval there is an extra $50 per person per night fee.
