We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached. - A KING Sized Bed including the master bedroom with fresh linens to Rest & Relax in! - Our house features TWO full bathrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom attached to the master bedroom and 1 large bathroom in the main area - Master ensuite features a spa-like Soaker Tub for your Ultimate Relaxation! - Home has been professionally decorated by a local designer to ensure all the comforts of a home. - Secure Single garage parking and TONS of available street parking. - Lightening fast WiFi on our large 50" SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix - New Modern Electric Fireplace - Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad. - Large private deck & Fully Fenced Yard - Only a short 2 minute drive to NAIT! - Our home is pet friendly and we only charge $30/pet/night
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing: -Our home is a triplex multi-family property which has two basement suites which also have short term guests living in them AND there is a possibility that the basement suite guests may have pets. These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and no space is shared between the units.
Our house comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 KING size beds in each room as well as a large double high queen air mattress you can set up in the spacious living room. All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. The Master suite has a large 5 PIECE private bathroom complete with a relaxing soaker tub as well as stand along shower & HUGE vanity. Our suite also has a full sized washroom that is sparkling clean with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
Guest access You have full and total access of our home during your stay, including the garage located the back (South) side of the home. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen!
Other things to note ✦ Please note✦ - Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- The air conditioning system is available for your comfort during the summer months but is unavailable during the cooler months.
- The patio and backyard have been winterized for the winter season and are currently unavailable until the spring season
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.
Rates for Pet Fees per Pet: Nightly Rate: $30/night per pet Weekly Rate: $150/week per pet Monthly Rate: $300/month per pet *Please note the pet fee charges are not included in our advertised pricing and are charged separately after the booking is confirmed. This must be arranged and paid prior to arrival. Please inform us when you book if you are bringing pets as it needs approval first by the property owner.
PET RULES *Pets are not allowed on the beds under any circumstances *Please clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture where possible. A $75 clean up fee may be applied if pet droppings are left in the yard or in the property. *Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when in the backyard. This area is a shared space, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful environment for everyone.

- All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) taxes for a total of 11%.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
All requirements are clearly communicated and handled securely through our trusted guest portal.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

This pet friendly home was meticulously clean, spacious, comfortable. Owners were quick with responses to questions and kindly reminded me of things I’d forgotten. It was easy to access the property. The appliances were quiet and functioned perfectly. Waiting for us were bottles of water, coffee, some cooking spices and oils, ice in the freezer. Our one yr old Great Dane appreciated a bit of fun in the fenced yard which was clean and tidy before we arrived. There were ample necessities like laundry soap, hand and body washes, shampoos in each of the bathrooms. Towels were super absorbent! The neighbourhood was quiet, clean, safe with quick access to many shopping areas, museums, indoor and outdoor parks and probably the best community pool - Clearwater community centre - I’ve had the pleasure to attend. This home made for a beautiful, spacious gathering place for our family to rest, recuperate and visit after long separations due to work, for that I am grateful. If I had a concern, question or just a comment, the hosts were gracious and kind. Highly recommend for all these reasons and simply the good vibe.
