Villa Signature is a split master 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the heart of North Scottsdale with all the amenities you will need! The condo is located on the 2nd level of a 2 story building. 1 covered parking spot and plenty of guest parking available. The great room offers a flat screen TV with Blue-Ray Player and a Queen pull-out couch to sleep up to 6 guests total. The full kitchen overlooks the Great room and has a breakfast bar, along with a dining area. Enjoy a drink or your morning coffee on the balcony as well. The split bedrooms both offer King beds, flat screen televisions, walk in closets and full baths with a tub/shower combo. Villa Signature offers in unit washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Local telephone and free WIFI access.

The community center with all of the amenities is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door. There you will have access to a heated pool & spa, fitness room, locker rooms, steam room, sauna, library, business center, common area living room with television and full kitchen, BBQ area and fire-pit! What more could you ask for? The condo is a close walk to 2 grocery stores (AJ's & Safeway), Starbucks, many restaurants and more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & McDowell Mountain Golf; as well as great hiking trails!

Photos on line were accurate. Host was available and provided door code as soon as we were in town. Property was clean appliances fully functional. Pool was clean and fitness room had great equipment. This property is close to grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants. Parks are nearby and it’s an easy drive to Old Town and the Fashion Square.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Condo is very close to everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedrooms are large with good sized closets and dressers. Bathrooms are very nice.

Excellent location for the Barrett Jackson. We were able to walk approximately 20 min to the event. Great restaurants close by. Unit was perfect, had all we needed.Communication was excellent, questions were answered quickly, thank you. We enjoyed our stay!

Well equipped condo in a great location. Towels were stained and smelled of mildew upon arrival, pool key card did not work. Mostly good stay, host was not as receptive as others we have had.

Great location for visiting the greater Scottsdale area!

My wife and I, along with my brother-in-law and his wife, stayed here for a short vacation and to view potential retirement homes to buy in the future. Had a great stay here- the weather wasn’t great, but we enjoyed the condo and pool and the restaurants that were nearby. We would stay here again!

The location was perfect for what we wanted. Quick access to grocery store and restaurants. The pool was really close, warm and nice. We stayed in January and the kids were able to use the pool and hottub every day because it was heated. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The two bedroom condo worked great for 3 of us on our 6-night stay in North Scottsdale. The pool is fantastic and clean. There are several stores, food and bars within walking distance or a short drive. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. My only two complaints is the hide a bed mattress is very thin and uncomfortable and some outside road noise. We will likely stay here again on our next trip.

We realized the coffee maker was broken the next morning and a new one was dropped off that day. The link cation is great! It is within walking distance of several stores and restaurants and has convenient access to the loop expressway. We would recommend this place to others.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Definitely nothing that list this condo next to a busy, loud road, or 2nd level which still turned out just fine but he place was not very clean. The walls, fire suppression system, fans, and ceilings were covered is dust bunnies. The kitchen ceiling was by far the worst I’ve ever stayed in with dust bunnies covering the walls and ceiling. The bathroom towels were stained, crusty and old and wasn’t sure if they were even washed. The soap dispenser is all rusty in both bathrooms and my suggestion to that is spend maybe $5 and get new ones. The shower fixtures were all rusted out and gross, base was stained and dirty with hair everywhere. The shower curtain liners in both bathrooms are way stained and need to be changed out and washed. It’s the little things that will make or break you and feel this place had potential if they would put in more effort and put in the upkeep to maintain it and keep it cleanliness.

Condo that needs to be updated badly.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very disappointed. The condo was in a very good area of Scottsdale for sightseeing, restaurants etc- only good thing. The unit was noisy, so close to the street. Too loud to use the small terrace. Fine for a weekend, but not longer. We rented for a month. The dishes/cups were chipped & scratched badly, some glasses were cracked, furniture was old, some towels stained, pots/pans old and had to scrub to get them cleaner. Furniture & bathrooms were dated. Primary br shower needed regrouting, and faucet was old & a bit rusty. Hairdryer was broken- had to be replaced. The lock on the door broke one night and we couldn't get in for hours. Property manager was minimally helpful- we had to find a night locksmith ourselves (which took a few hours with us standing outside on a colder night) and had to lay out the payment for the property manager. (we were reimbursed) TV's were old, small and not "smart" TV's. Pool was nice. Overall, would not recommend. Looked better in the photos than in person for sure.

We appreciate the review and it was nice meeting you. Your property manager was there MANY times tending to your needs and trying to make you as comfortable as possible. I am sorry you did not enjoy the place as others do. Maybe one of our other properties would be better for you next time.
