Cozy Chalet Nestled in the Woods by Arrowhead Lake

Welcome to the Lavender Lodge! Nestled in the gated community of Arrowhead Lake in the heart of the Pocono Mountains. This freshly renovated chalet in the woods sits just blocks from the lake and the many amenities the community has to offer. Come relax, unwind, and enjoy everything The Poconos have to offer!

The space
The living room has vaulted ceilings and is open to the dining area and kitchen.

The kitchen has been completely renovated and has been fully stocked with everything you need to cook like you're in the comfort of your own home.

Behind the kitchen, you'll find 2 bedrooms. The first has twin bunk beds, with a pullout trundle under the bottom bunk. The second downstairs room has a queen bed. Downstairs is also a bathroom with a tub and shower.

Upstairs in the loft is the primary bedroom and bonus workspace. There is also a full bathroom with a large shower.

Outside is a spacious patio with a grill and plenty of outdoor seating. In the backyard, there is a fire pit and a hammock. Wonderful for enjoying the peaceful summer evenings.

The community: Arrowhead Lake is a 24-hour gated community with TONS of amenities including 2 lakes with 4 beaches, 3 outdoor pools, many playgrounds, a gym, a lodge (includes a library, computer room, pool tables, and events).

Nearby: The house is conveniently located near hiking trails, breweries, golf courses, and Kalahari Waterpark, as well as Jack Frost Ski Resort and Big Boulder Mountain to enjoy during the winter.

Changes/cancellations:
- Changes to the number of guests or vehicles MUST be made 3+ days before check-in.

***We are required to register all guests with The Arrowhead Lakes Community a minimum of 72 hour prior to their arrival. To do so we need the number and age(s) of all guests and vehicle information for any vehicles you are bringing (make/model/year/license plate #/state registered).***

***Failure to provide this information prior to the 72-hour window will result in a $100 fee or a cancellation of your booking.***

***Arrowhead Lakes Community Association charges additional fees to short-term rental guests for access to the community and amenities, we have adjusted our nightly rate to account for these fees for up to 4 guests.
- Additional guests (6 years and older) will be an additional $8 per guest per night (after the first 4).
