A gorgeous two story ocean front home, with balcony extending right over the water. Enjoy watching whales, dolphins and pelicans right outside your window. Two BBQ areas and two full kitchens for indoor and outdoor dining. Includes a roof top entertainment area with a 360 degree view and can entertain parties of 50+. Both floors have master bedrooms and living rooms with full ocean views. Each level has separate entry ways and has its own kitchen, this makes Casa Brisa Mar available for single floor rental as well.

All rooms have a TV with either Direct TV, local channels, Netflix, HBO, Cinemax and Pay Per View or SmartTV internet ready. The home is furnished with traditional Mexican interiors and fabrics, and has a feel of old Mexico, but with modern comfort and conveniences.
The walls and ceilings are plaster and the doors and furniture is hand made by local artisans in nearby Popotla.

A large 20 ft by 40 ft. pool, Jacuzzi and overlooks the ocean. There is a large lawn area for special events such as Weddings, Executive Meetings, Baptisms, Birthdays, Quinceañeras, Family Reunions and Retreats. Catering is available for groups of 500+.
