Guests do not have access to the fitness center at Bethany Bay.
Pool hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
A fob is required to enter facilities and is included with the rental. Fee assessed for any lost or stolen fobs.
This unit is located on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator in the building.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
You must be 25 or older to rent this property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
