Two large bedrooms and a full bathroom on the ground floor can be separated from the family room by closing off the access door.

Upstairs features four additional bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own private, luxurious bathroom. The large game room features a pool table, flat screen TV, and full size arcade machine with over 600 games (Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Street Fighter, etc)!!! The game room contains 3 built in custom twin size beds and a pull out sofa bed. Your children will never want to leave!

2) BED LINENS AND BATH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN ORDER TO KEEP THE CLEANING FEE LOW. LINENS (BEDS MADE) AND TOWELS CAN BE PROVIDED BEFORE CHECK-IN FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. THIS REQUEST MUST BE MADE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. ANOTHER CHEAPER ALTERNATIVE IS TO HAVE CLEAN LINENS AND TOWELS DELIVERED TO THE HOME BEFORE YOU CHECK IN. WE CAN RECOMMEND A LOCAL COMPANY.
3) ONLY 4-5 VEHICLES ALLOWED. YOU CAN FIT UP TO 5 VEHICLES IN THE DRIVEWAY/GARAGE. THERE IS NO OVERFLOW PARKING AND STREET PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED. VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER'S EXPENSE.
