The second and third bedrooms are upstairs appx 12' x 11 each and both ae ensuite with full baths. All of the bedrooms have a Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access. In fact, the WiFi service is FAST and POWERFUL: 400 Mbps download speed and 40 Mbps upload speed.
The good sized living room is comfortable and steps to formal dining room, which seats 6 comfortably and doubles as work space. The living room has a 50" Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access with 70+ local, network, & cable channels. The fireplace is electric and provides a romantic environment and heat. The two sofas are convertible to single beds. The club chair and ottoman are comfortable.
The first floor bath is adjacent to the master bedroom and features a shower, vanity and one piece Kohler toilet. The two upstairs baths makes efficient use of space and each offer a one piece Kohler toilet along with a corner shower and vanity. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the respective showers.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a closet with hangers and shelf, two nightstands with reading lamps, a dresser and a 43” wall mounted Samsung Smart TV.
The third bedroom has a king bed and an adjacent closet and hall bath.
The fourth bedroom has a full futon also served with the adjacent closet and hall bath that serves the third bedroom, The room also has a refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and stacked washer/dryer in a closet.
The living room is comfortable with two sofa futons, club chair, floor lamps and wall mounted 50" Samsung Smart TV over the electric fireplace. The room boasts a large mural of Cadillac Ranch, paying homage to Route 66 roadside attractions.

The BUNGALOW 2/2 is a pre-war single level home features two bedrooms - the master roughly 14' x 12' with a cedar lined closet and a laundry closet with a new GE stacked washer/dryer. There are two nightstands (w/ reading lamps) and a dresser. The room has 3 windows with western and southern exposure, offering abundant natural light.
The second bedroom is appx 12' x 11 and also has a cedar lined closet plus 5-drawer dresser. It boasts three windows with western and northern exposure. Lots of natural light.
Both bedrooms have a Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access.
The living room is comfortable and shares space with the dining area, which seats 4 comfortably and doubles as work space. The living room has a 50" Samsung Smart TV with streaming WiFi access as well as a romantic fireplace. The two sofas are convertible to single beds. The club chair and ottoman are comfortable.
The main bath has a tub/shower combination, a pedestal sink, and a one-piece Kohler toilet. The second bath efficiently uses space and offers a one-piece Kohler toilet, a tiled shower, and a small sink. Both of the baths feature new black and white subway tile. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the respective showers.
The new kitchen features gray granite counters with a stainless steel undermount sink. There is plenty of cabinet space. The stainless steel appliances include a gas range, built-in microwave, and French door refrigerator. We saved the original pre-war upper cabinets, but everything else in the kitchen is new.
There is a large, fenced backyard and front yard. Parking is on the side of the house with overflow parking on the street.
Please enjoy our sharing library – take a book, leave a book. We also have a vinyl record player and 20 or so albums of a wide variety. Enjoy the music, but please don’t take any albums with you.
We LOVE dogs, and they stay for free. Sorry, we do not accept cats due to allergies.

This property was an easy 15 minute walk to the heart of downtown Flag and a 20 minute walk to the Y. Our group, of four families, thought it was perfect. We tend to cook most of our meals, so breakfast and dinner were mainly in the "big" house. The kitchens were well stocked with the usual cooking supplies, but if you need something specific, you might want to bring it. For example, we brought an extra large stew pot and a crockpot. My husband and I stayed in the 2 bedroom with our two teen age children. The space was perfect for us. The bedrooms are good size and having two bathrooms was fantastic. The back yard is divided into two, so if you want your whole crew to hang outside, it might be a bit tight. Being winter, it didn't figure into our stay.

My wife and I live in Phoenix and frequently travel with our two little dogs. We bought these homes in Flagstaff because we love the historic pre-war charm and location in the center of things. We are close to downtown, NAU, parks, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the homes, putting on brand new roofs and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. We hope that you enjoy the homes as much as we do!
