Our charming cottage is newly renovated with a state of the art kitchen, brand new bathroom and renovated family room.

Our charming 3 bedroom cottage is located in "The Springs" of East Hampton at the foot of Gerard Drive on a private half acre. Simply put, it is a relaxing get away for singles/couples and/or families. Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, jogging, swimming, fishing, biking, yoga, fine dining, art collecting, star gazing, surfing, boogie boarding and so much more! We are just down the road from Jackson Pollack and Lee Krasner's historic preserve which is open to the public for painting lessons and views of panoramic vistas. You will find your way to The Springs General Store, Gardiner's Bay, Acabonac Harbor, Ashawagh Hall, East Hampton for great shopping, local Farmer's Markets, Citarella's Market, Amagansett Square, the famous Stephen's Talkhouse and incredibly beautiful bays and ocean beaches. After a day of beach fun and sun, come home to an amazing hot water outdoor shower, grill and dine al fresco on our relaxing and private deck. A day seems like two or three, time slows down as you unwind and take in the majesty of this magical place! All this, and access to the gated Clearwater Beach Association with a sandy life guarded bay beach, picnic areas including a covered pavilion tables and grills, and a deluxe playground!
