The Barefoot Resort Yacht Club Villa #3-502 is a beautifully decorated, spacious 2BR condo located in a luxurious high rise building overlooking the scenic Intracoastal Waterway. This condo is located in building 3 on the 5th floor. It has recently been updated with vinyl flooring throughout and has new living room furniture to enjoy. You can sit on the oversized balconies and watch the boats go by or enjoy the fireworks show at Barefoot Landing in the summer.

The primary bedroom suite has two new queen beds and a large bathroom with a spacious garden tub. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds and a large bathroom as well. The kitchen is fully stocked, with a breakfast bar that also overlooks the living and dining areas. Both bedrooms and the living room have Flat Screen TVs and ceiling fans. There is also a washer/dryer in the property for your use.

Barefoot Resort has the largest pool in South Carolina and it is located right beside the Yacht Club Villas. The beach is less than 3 minutes away & beach access all along Ocean Blvd. There is a free shuttle that runs in the summer that will drop you off at the beach access if you do not want to drive. The schedule will be in your arrival package or in the office. There are four championship golf courses in Barefoot Resort along with a gorgeous clubhouse where you can enjoy lunch or a cocktail after playing 18 holes.

Across the Waterway is the popular Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops, restaurants and entertainment such as the Alabama Theatre, House of Blues and much more. Grab a beer at the Crooked Hammock Brewery, eat a nice meal at Greg Norman's or play some games at Lulu's. There so much to see and do in the area.

Disgusted, I had to clean my unit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very dirty, bathroom toilets were aweful, the floors were dirty. I had to clean the unit myself. It was clear that the cleaning service did not do their job!!! Very sad to pay so much for so little.

Fabulous location and views!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is located so that one is looking at the waterway and directly into Barefoot Landing. It was great to watch New Year’s Eve fireworks from our balcony. With the exception of arriving to a less than properly cleaned unit, and a lack of response from the management company, the overall experience was great. The unit is very well supplied, has nice furniture and amenities, appeared exactly as advertised, and the Villas are well maintained. I would recommend this place and would stay again.

Great place to stay but problems with the condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on a Sunday and we could not get in our condo. Person on the phone very friendly and tried to help us. Gave us about 5 codes to try none worked. One finally worked after several tries. Bathroom lights did not work, could mot take a shower after a long drive. Plugs did not charge cell phones in bedrooms. Villa #2 502 was much better. Dining room lights very dull. Top of microwave came off when you closed microwave. Was disappointed couldn't get a maintenance man on a Sunday to get my bathroom lights on and fix the door. They promised someone would call back. Never did. Maintenance man came the next day very nice. Put batteries in door and gave us his code that worked. Condo needs a lot of work.
