This cozy 2 Bedroom/1 Bath oceanfront condo will accommodate 4 with 1 King in the master bedroom & 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom.

Enjoy the view from the 1st floor oceanfront balcony off the living room and private ocean view balcony off the master bedroom! This unit offers a fully equipped (newly updated) kitchen, updated bathroom, 3 TV's & free wireless internet.

Spinnaker is located in the popular Windy Hill Section of North Myrtle Beach which is conveniently close to Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlet! The on-site amenities include a outdoor oceanfront pool, sundeck, outdoor shower, grill facilities, locked lobby, 2 car parking across the street, elevators and coin operated laundry onsite.

Quick Weekend visit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came for Father's day weekend for a quick get away. The rental was clean and the location was fantastic. The only issue is that the laundry services were not in working order, but the trip was great and we would for sure rent again. Would love to be able to check in early as the 4 o'clock check in time is kind of a hassle.

Awesome location

This condo was perfect for us. It is in a great area and well equipped with everything you need. You are so close to the beach you don’t have to leave the balcony!

I would recommended adding a Keurig coffee maker.

The countertops were dirty, the floors were dirty, there was hair in the shower drain. The chairs in the living room were not very comfortable and hard to sit in. Beds were comfortable. It was a very nice condo but just needed to be cleaned better. We enjoyed our stay at the beach.

Took Spinnaker for a Spin

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have never stayed in this condo before but upon arrival we found the property to be very secure. You must use your key to get in the condo building and again for your specific room. Our place was very clean, all rooms and decor was in great condition. We were very satisfied with the space. It was great to be oceanfront for a beach day but also for sitting on the balcony sipping coffee. The location was “central” for entertainment and dining out. North Myrtle and Cherry Grove to the north, and main Myrtle to the south. Plenty to see and do either way and everything was close by. We found a gem in King’s Famous Pizza restaurant. Family owned for generations and it was as authentic as you could get. Old building but a great food men with a wide variety in pizza and Italian pasta choices.The house was fully stocked, but could’ve used an ice cream scoop. But I cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner here with no problems.WiFi worked fine, and the mattresses were good.I would say that having a shared bathroom with doors on both sides from the two bedrooms wasn’t a major challenge for our family with two teenagers, but I could see how it would be tricky with little kids barging in or with two couples. Not a dealbreaker, but bathroom entrances would need worked out.Thanks for the great space!

Great Property

We just finished off a week and the property was great. I rate it 4 out of 5. I was concerned the view would be obstructed being on the first floor, but it had a great view of the ocean and beach. The rooms were spacious and it had all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen had all the things you need to prepare a meal plus dinning sets to serve. The bathroom was large. The outside pool and common areas were clean and in good order. The deck looked to be the best deck in the complex. The owners and management team did a great job. I am going to complain a little bit. Before I do know that I will be renting this Condo again when I return to the Myrtle Beach area, so they are very minor critiques and not major issues. 1. Get a Keurig or knock off, please! It's time to upgrade. I always feel so wasteful with old school coffee pots. 2. Good issue-Change the description to include the chairs and umbrella that are included in the closet as amenities. I drug 3 chairs all the way from PA when I didn't need to. Good problem to have, but I was a little disappointed it wasn't pointed out. 3. The lock and key system for entry into the main building is only opening 2 of the 5 doors. You have to walk around to the other side of the building when entering from the beach. The key into the condo itself worked fine. 4. Lastly, put room darkening blinds in the smaller bed room. The main room had them, the smaller room did not and it was bright as can be at 5:45AM.

Beach trip

Place was very nice! And VERY clean! Oceanfront. Beds very comfortable, furniture was comfortable also. Lots of dishes, pots and pans silverware, etc. I would have liked to see a portable fan in the bedroom though. Also, having to check in at a real estate company for keys…most place now have the point lock system just using a code to get in instead of using keys. Might want to look into that. The real estate company failed to tell us that one of the keys opened up the building. We couldn’t t figure out how to get inside the building! Overall it was decent and would recommend this place and would stay again. Thanks for sharing your condo

Also being in North Myrtle Beach, the location was so peaceful, yet there were plenty of amenities and activities nearby and along the main road. We absolutely loved our rental condo! It was nicely decorated, spacious and conveniently located with direct access to the outdoor pool and the ocean. The location was perfect! The management company also made the process very easy.

Wonderful Stay and View of Ocean

We had a great Week and the Condo was Great, loved the view and the two balcony's. Great location close to shopping. The only minor thing and reason for 4 stars on the online listing is I did not realize the washer/dyer was not a part of the unit itself and had coin washer/dryer in the hallway. It wasn't a big deal other that the fact that I never have change :-) and have always been used to the washer/dryer in the unit with me. Again I loved the Condo and it was very secure which was a big plus! Would totally recommend and we will be returning.

Clean and quiet

Really enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with a set of keys that wouldn’t work and the water heater that wasn’t working either. The property management promptly took care of both issues. We had a very fun time and really enjoyed how quiet and low key the resort was. We saw very few people at the pool or at the beach. Would recommend and would love to go back soon.
