Every thing was fine except I want to mention three things that were there we did not do. 1, The towel rack in the common bathroom was loose and comes off the wall when used. 2. The holder for a remote in the buck bed room was missing a remote. 3. The venison blind in the office room had a bent blade. 4. The main table had blemishes. All of the above were all there before we used the rental.

Spotless! Comfortable and spacious, nice kitchen amenities great towels. Washer and dryer with supplies, easy to use. Loved of the easy lock box entry.

Spotless Home

This home is spotless, clean, neat, tidy, and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had some cooking to do and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We'll definitely be back!

Great Looking property

Stayed just 1 night with 4 adults and 2 children. Very clean and easy check in / out procedures. Property manager was very responsive after we reached out about our check in / out list. This property advertised "children's toys available," however we only saw 1 toy car, and an air hockey table in the garage not plugged in, so we gave them a downgrade on description of the property. The property also is very warm in several rooms, but the Master bedroom is a lot cooler. We set the temp to 68 degrees upon arrival at 4PM, and the AC unit could not get the temperature below 74 degrees for over 4 hours. Nice size backyard accommodating pets, and we would consider this kid friendly. Comfortable beds, very updated.

Great Property with 1 issue

This property is newly renovated throughout! They provide everything you can possibly imagine for a vacation property in a beach town. The home was clean. The linens were fresh and the layout of the living area was very functional. I have an overall rating of a 4 for 2 reasons. 1.) The AC unit does not function properly for the size of the home. The rate for the size of the home was fantastic, but the ac quality was very off in both the living area and the one bedroom in the very front of the house. It had no ceiling fan so we had to go out at 11pm to buy an oscillating fan for that specific room. During the heat of the day, the living area became hot due to the front door that did not close tightly. 2.) There was a cockroach found in that warm room the first evening. It was the only bug we found throughout our stay, but nonetheless it was concerning after a full day of traveling to see that right before you go to sleep. Finally, the television set in the living area is fantastic!! The only suggestion I would have for the owner is to get that hung on the wall. The placement of the television near the back entrance/exit and also due to its large size could easily cause someone to tip that television over and on to the floor. Overall, this home was almost perfect! If not for the ac issues, I would use it again.

Immaculate House

I've stayed at a lot of B&Bs around the country and this place was the cleanest, best organized, well laid out house I've seen. From the first walk through the door it felt comfortable and welcoming. The bright white walls, light grey tile flooring and modern fixtures gave it a clean, homey look. The dim to bright lights and modern fans made it inviting. I really liked how we could park our cars behind the house to unload our things. There was plenty of parking behind the house for two SUVs and a truck! We also really liked being able to park the motorcycles in the garage. It was easy to find on Google maps also.
