I’m Felix, originally from Germany and now based at beautiful Lake Atitlán in Guatemala. I’ve been working in the hospitality and tourism industry since my professional training, and hosting has become a true passion of mine. Lake Atitlán is one of the most breathtaking places I’ve ever experienced — surrounded by majestic volcanoes and full of vibrant, positive energy. There’s something truly special about waking up to the stillness of the water and watching the colors shift over the lake throughout the day.
I chose Panajachel because it’s the perfect balance of accessibility and authenticity. It’s easy to reach and serves as a great starting point to explore the many unique villages around the lake. The town itself is full of life, with frequent cultural celebrations and a warm, welcoming local community. It’s a place that touches your heart and keeps calling you back.

Our property stands out for its beautiful private garden — one of the few in the area that still offers such lush, thoughtfully designed green space. Each of our accommodations is set within this unique environment, giving guests a true sense of privacy and tranquility, as if they had the entire grounds to themselves.
The interior design follows a more Western standard, with high-quality furnishings and lots of natural wood elements that create a warm and harmonious atmosphere. It’s a place where comfort, nature, and peace come together — perfect for relaxing and recharging.
