This unique property overlooks the breathtaking Lake Atitlan – a supervolcano crater lake surrounded by volcanoes and indigenous villages.

We are situated high above San Marcos La Laguna, Guatemala – a hub for yoga, meditation, and holistic healing. The Yoga Forest is next door, and our neighbor roasts fresh local coffee you can enjoy in the shared outdoor kitchen. San Marcos is a spiritual community with yoga schools, massage therapists, herbal classes, and traditional Mayan culture interwoven with an international expat presence.
