31-Night Minimum Rental Nestled in the heart of Cathedral City, just a stone's throw away from vibrant Palm Springs, lies our chic and contemporary 3-bedroom retreat, meticulously designed to cultivate an atmosphere of pure tranquility and leisure.
Set amidst a sprawling outdoor sanctuary, our abode boasts a generously sized pool and rejuvenating spa, accompanied by a plethora of lounging options and seating areas that offer enchanting vistas of the majestic San Jacinto mountains. Inside, the revamped interiors exude warmth and comfort, with expansive living spaces crafted for unwinding in style. Thoughtful embellishments seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor elements, imparting a harmonious connection with the serene desert surroundings.
Fully furnished with all the creature comforts, the living room effortlessly flows into the dining and kitchen spaces, where a spacious 6-person dining table sets the stage for memorable gatherings. The gourmet kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, beckons culinary adventures, while its open-concept layout fosters effortless transitions between indoor and outdoor dining experiences. Step outside to the expansive pool area, recently revitalized to offer an idyllic setting for al fresco dining under the vast desert sky.
Each of our three bedrooms promises nights of restorative slumber on plush mattresses draped in sumptuous high-thread-count linens. The primary suite indulges with a luxurious King-size bed and a newly refurbished en-suite bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen-size retreat, while the third bedroom doubles as a cozy hideaway with a Queen-size bed and a dedicated workspace overlooking the verdant backyard—a versatile space perfect for both relaxation and productivity.
Outside, the desert-inspired landscape captivates with panoramic mountain vistas, complemented by inviting seating arrangements, a fire pit, and a charming kids' treehouse for endless amusement beneath the stars. Grill up a storm on the spacious BBQ while savoring breathtaking sunsets over the mountains. Additional amenities abound, including WiFi, Smart TVs, an on-site washer/dryer, garage parking for one car, ample driveway space for additional parking, and complimentary toiletries in each bathroom, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for all.
Pool Heat Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay. Rates vary by season: -November–March: $75/night -April, May, October: $50/night -Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days. A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.
Electricity Surcharge (JUN-SEPT) During the months listed above there is a $750/month electric surcharge. This is due to the extreme heat in the area and the pricing is not included in the rates. This amount will be pro-rated for any partial months of the booking.
Dog Fees (up to 2 dogs/stay) Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes. There is a $199/dog/stay fee. Simply include the number of dogs that will be joining you and the fee is automatically included in your rate. We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. To clarify, cats are not allowed.
Additional Policies & Rules -No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house. -100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-8am -No smoking inside home -Renter must be 21+ years of age -Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
